The space
A spacious house, full of warmth, comfort and with a breathtaking view of the city of Guararema.
Among the 3 air-conditioned suites, the master suite with a whirlpool tub stands out, whose fascinating view transforms it into a unique environment.
In the gourmet area, which looks more like a ballroom, where everyone can have a good time together, there is a barbecue, oven and wood stove, pizza oven, full kitchen with gourmet island, TV room, arcade and games.
A dip in the whirlpool pool is much more special with the beautiful panoramic view.
The fire pit area and balconies with views to enjoy the sunrise or sunset complete the pleasant leisure area.
Located in the city center, it is a great option for families looking for rest, but at the same time want to stay close to everything. From the house, you can get to know the main tourist and free attractions of Guararema on foot, as well as have access to restaurants, cafes and the famous ice cream parlors.
NOTE: We do not rent for parties, gatherings, events and the like. We rent for lodging only, within the maximum limit of people that the house can accommodate (17 guests).
Guest access
All areas of the house, internal and external, will be available for the exclusive use of guests.

As the house is located in an area with neighbors, only ambient sound is allowed, without excessive volume, so as not to disturb the tranquility of the neighborhood, which is also enjoying the quiet of Guararema :)
Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, blankets) and bath linen (towels) must be brought by guests.
If necessary, we can provide bed and bath linens, upon prior consultation and with an additional laundry fee.
We have pillows for all guests.
Access is on the ground floor for 3 of the suites and there is a flight of stairs to access the master suite and the suite of the gourmet area building.
Access to the gourmet area and swimming pool is via two flights of stairs.
Available for consumption/use by guests, unlimited drinking water, cleaning products and supplies, plus toilet paper.
It is necessary to bring charcoal and a lighter for use in the barbecue.
If you need help with food preparation (cooking), housekeeping or childcare, we have trusted employees to recommend.
As these are outsourced services, we request that their evaluation be made directly to the contracted professional.
We ask that the review of the accommodation/property be made on Airbnb, excluding these services that are not under our control.
As the house is located in a central area, all businesses make deliveries: restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, pharmacies, markets, etc.
The property is located in the city center, a very safe and monitored region, as well as the entire city, which is a reference for the security system implemented.
