Accessing the Hotel Amenities (Gym&Pool)
You have two convenient options for accessing the hotel amenities.
Route 1:
Take your building's elevator down to the Ground Flr.
From there, proceed to the main Hotel Lobby and use the Hotel Elevator to reach the 6th Flr.
Route 2:
Take your residence elevator to the 4th Flr.
Proceed across to the Hotel Elev. on this floor.
Take the Hotel Elevator, where the amenities are located.
From Novotel Hotel (Pool):
-Take the hotel elevator to the 4th Flr.
-Look and proceed/transfer to the Residential Elevator on this floor (right side/to the far end).
-Take the Residential Elevator going to 36th Flr. where the room is located.
You may ask the concierge/receptionist/security for further or detailed assistance.
Other things to note
Key Guidelines for Your Stay
ID & Registration: For security, please submit a photo of your valid ID via Airbnb. Upon arrival, guests must register at the lobby and leave their IDs with security.
Strict Check-in/out: Check-in is strictly from 2:00 PM and onwards, and check-out is by or before 12:00 NN.
Pool & Gym: You have complimentary access to the infinity pool and fitness gym. Pool and gym use requires a form from the concierge.
Pool Limit: Only two (2) guests per unit are allowed in the pool at one time.
No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited. Noise disturbances may lead to penalties.
No Common Area Vices: Smoking, gambling, and drinking are not allowed in common areas with fine amounting to P5,000.00.
Visitor Policy: Visitors must leave a valid ID with security at the entrance.
Pet policy: We're happy to welcome up to two small pets as long as there the pet has no flea. We ask that you ensure our room remains free of damage and odors caused by your pets. Please be aware that a fee will be charged for any necessary repairs or deep cleaning. The pet is also not allowed in the swimming pool.
Energy Saving: Please help us conserve energy by turning off the AC and other electronics when not in use.
Parking
Pay parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, as we do not have a dedicated parking slot.
Motorcycles: A flat rate of ₱40, or ₱80 overnight.
Cars (on-site):
₱50 for the first 3 hours
₱20 for each succeeding hour
Overnight fee of ₱250 plus the hourly rate. A total of ₱680.00
Parking availability is very limited, and we highly recommend checking with security at the entrance upon arrival. But, we can also assist you in arranging an advance reservation in a different tower for a fixed rate amounting to ₱450 overnight/23hrs (Private Parking Slot).
Lost Key Fee:
A fee of ₱5,000 will be charged for any lost keycard. This covers the replacement cost and a small administrative fee.
