The apartment is modern and secure with 24 hour security/concierge. Situated on the first floor with lovely views of Table Mountain from the large balcony. A cocoon within the hub of the Mother City and perfectly safe and comfortable for single travelers or couples.

The apartment has a modern kitchen fully equipped for effortless self-catering, with washer and dishwasher for guest comfort. Central kitchen island with seating, open plan to the lounge area which is beautifully styled in warm tones with a work station. Flat screen TV mounted to the wall with Netflix. Airconditioning. The lounge opens onto a large balcony deck furnished with a table and 4 chairs. Perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner with views of Table mountain. The Master bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and perfectly styled to enhance guests comfort. Access to the spacious bathroom, complete with bathtub and shower. Bedroom also opens onto the balcony.
