Villa Luna is enclosed in a beautiful private housing development called Playa Bastian, with several swimming pools, in a very quiet and privileged area of Costa Teguise. It is located at 50 meters from one of the beaches of the promenade. On walking distance to other beaches, plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the village’s centre (Pueblo Marinero). Villa Luna is situated by the coast in the centre of the island, the perfect gateway to go visit Lanzarote.

The space
Villa Luna is a one floor house with a large wooden porch to enjoy the tranquility, the climate and exotic place during every season. It has a large garden with varieties of cactus, succulents, different plant species and palm trees. The garden has large terraces for sunbathing in the sun loungers, eating or spending time having long talks. You can also enjoy and relax in a modern jacuzzi completely integrated with the garden. There is also a barbecue with firewood and a bicycle to explore the area.

VillaLuna APARTMENT is situated at the back of the villa. It is an independent, large 1 floor studio-apartment room with a full frontal glass wall, a large skylight in the ceiling to see the sky from bed, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom, a big wardrobe a double bed and a porch. The architecture is typical from this area; however, the interior is of modern design, beautiful and minimalist. It is fully equipped, very illuminated and integrated with the garden.

Villa Luna has two entrances. The main entrance to the front part of the villa is accesible from the Playa Bastian Complex, and the other entrance is situated in our back garden and access directly to the promenade.

Guest access
There are 4 swimming pools inside the Playa Bastian complex with water climate control systems. The nearest pool is just 35 meters away from the house; it is very quiet and calm. It has a bar-restaurant so it is ideal for spending a few happy days; you can eat there, have breakfast, have some tapas, have some bears or coffees, make friends and have a bath, all with views to the ocean and the promenade, perfect to have a fun holiday.

The closest beach to our home is just in front, and it is also called Playa Bastian (Bastian Beach). It has a large area of sand protected against the wind with very beautiful rock walls. The swim is safe and easily accessible, it is specially so when the tide is high. The beach has public toilets, showers, beach loungers, beach umbrellas and rock barbecues.
There is a second beach called Playa del Jablillo just in a 3 minutes’ walk (200 meters) from Playa Bastian beach along the seafront. This beach is also ideal for the whole family, especially for small children.
Both beaches have wheelchair access.

The promenade is 5 kilometers long and ideal to go for a walk along the seafront, go to any of its 5 beaches or to the village center (Pueblo Marinero). Thanks to the promenade everything is nearby, you can go on foot to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, parks…as well as have access to sport activities, contract excursions, surf and scuba dive schools and even language academies.

Our house is in Costa Teguise, an ideal, perfectly located and charming costal town. This town is the perfect place to stay in Lanzarote, where you won’t want for anything. Here you´ll find numerous activities to do while at the same time enjoying its tranquillity. With plenty of shops and good restaurants to stroll around, it is also ideal for long walks and for enjoying any of the 5 beaches along the promenade. As a plus, since Costa Teguise is situated on the centre of the island, it is a perfect gateway to go visit Lanzarote and sightseeing.
If you are planning to combine sunbathing with sightseeing, Costa Teguise is an excellent choice. Sandy beaches, good quality restaurants and easy access to many of the island's major tourist attractions make Costa Teguise a great base for your holiday in Lanzarote.

The location is designed with exquisite taste and is a faithful tribute to traditional Canarian architecture which gives this place a special charm. We are a married couple in love with Lanzarote, we came on vacation and we stayed to live, this is our place. We like to be with people, we have a lot of friends. We like cooking, we like the ocean and we don't know how to live without it. We know all the Canary Islands, they are all very nice and spectacular, but none like Lanzarote, it is different to all, comfortable, strange, clean, white, green in winter, you breathe a special energy. We've been here for twelve years and continue with the same enthusiasm as the first day. We are always discovering new places. Among our hobbies is travel, and whenever we can we do so, reading, hiking, animals, plants,being with friends-family, eating and cooking for them.
