The space
The cottage is located on a property in the Serra do Mar of Ubatuba-SP, in the middle of the Atlantic forest and next to the Serra do Mar State Park.
Despite its location in the middle of the forest, it is not a remote place.
It is on the side of a quiet road that provides easy access to the village (4.5 km).
It has a spectacular view of the mountains and a private waterfall 30 meters away, right in your backyard!
And for you to enjoy the coolness of the mountains in style, the space has a super spacious spa with a whirlpool and heated water, as well as a fireplace, fondue set and wine glasses, all designed to make your nights memorable.
And that's not all!
The chalet has an exclusive campfire area right above the waterfall!!
Imagine yourself, your partner, a wine and the wood crackling in the fire to the sound of the flowing waterfall and scattered yellow lights, completing the playful scene.

Located just over an hour from the beautiful beaches of Ubatuba, this could be the perfect outing for those who don't want to give up the mountains but love to visit the sea.
You can plan to go down the mountain and enjoy a beautiful day at the beach, ending your day in the cabin's jacuzzi while enjoying the delightful mountain climate.
But if you prefer, you can explore the beautiful trails of the Serra do Mar State Park, and even enjoy a horseback ride in the neighboring municipality of São Luiz do Paraitinga.

The site has two alqueires of land extension, with two thirds of it the Atlantic forest preserved.
A vast lawn, many trees, a stream cutting across the valley and a waterfall with a shallow well for bathing, a stone barbecue and an exclusive kiosk in the chalet.

On the site has a second chalet away about 100m and without any visual contact between them, which allows total privacy to the two environments.

The outdoor area is divided into two parts. It is bordered by trees and access restriction signs. Each chalet has its own natural pool and exclusive kiosk.
The waterfall is private to this cabin!
Other people do not have access to it.

ATTENTION: Respect the space boundaries to ensure your privacy and that of the other guests of the property.

The water that supplies the chalet comes from a crystalline spring of mineral water.
It is 100% pure and can be consumed safely.
Even the bath water is mineral and clean.
Enjoy and drink straight from the fountain!

As we are in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, our resources are limited and in periods of rain, wind and cloudy weather, fluctuations with power outages can occur.
We have candles and emergency lights for use at these times.
We do not have a power generator available on the property.

Neighborhood highlights

The chalet is located in the Serra do Mar of Ubatuba, 5 km from a small village of about 500 inhabitants, “Vila Vargem Grande”.
The village has a small structure with two grocery stores, a bar and a restaurant that serves food, pizzas, snacks and portions.
Because it is a rural area we do not have a telephone signal, but in the chalet we have satellite internet via Starlink.
