La Familiale, a period house dear to our hearts, is 17 minutes from Parc Astérix and a 10-minute drive from Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Pleasant, it offers a friendly and cocooning atmosphere. The house will delight children, with a safe fenced garden, and adults, with its barbecue and outdoor lounge.
You will enjoy simple or intense moments with family or friends, but friendly.
La Familiale is next to the Francilienne, a convenient hub for Paris and its surroundings.
The space
The garden offers your children, as well as older children, a little curiosity.
There is a small pond, which is home to about twenty tiny fish. Despite the small size of the pond, we insist on the importance of not leaving children unattended.
The house also has a small barbecue with its equipment to fulfill your culinary desires. But, we don't offer charcoal….
