Compact, comfortable and equipped with everything you need, it is the ideal space for those looking for practicality without giving up comfort. The space
Comfortable and well-equipped apartment, ideal for up to 5 people. The bedroom has a standard double bed, an extra double mattress and air conditioning.

- The pool is maintained on working Mondays, when it is CLOSED. If it is a holiday, maintenance is postponed to the next business day.

- Pool opening hours: from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

- We accept small pets (up to 10 kg), preferably adults, which must be added to the reservation to collect the respective fee. Pets cannot circulate in the condominium's common areas (only on the lap), except in the service elevator and garages, always wearing a collar.

- DURING CARNIVAL, check-in and check-out times are subject to change due to traffic restrictions in the Barra region. Thus, check-out must take place by 9 a.m. on days when there are carnival celebrations.
