1. Parking
→ Because it is an apartment in a residential area in Naha City, there is no dedicated parking lot for guests. Unauthorized parking on the premises or near the apartment is prohibited.
There are several hourly parking lots nearby, and the average cost is ¥900 for a maximum of 12 hours, a 4-minute walk from the apartment.
2. About luggage storage before check-in
→ You can drop off your luggage after 12 pm on the day of check-in. Please be sure to let me know if you need instructions on how to store your luggage. If you don't contact us, we can't store your luggage.
3. About early check-in
→ We will inform you depending on the situation on the day, and if you need it, please contact me the day before check-in.
4. Amenities
→ Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, hair dryer, laundry detergent, toothbrushes, etc.

5. About home delivery of luggage
→ There is no front desk like a hotel and no staff on duty, so please take care of your own purchases and deliveries.
6. About handing over the keys
→ You can take the key from the key box yourself using the specified PIN. The PIN number is listed in the check-in guide.
7. About cleaning during your stay
→ There is no cleaning during your stay. Please reuse towels using the washing machine in the room.
8. About smoking
→ All rooms are non-smoking. No smoking on the balcony. If smoking is discovered, we will charge ¥30,000 for deodorizing the room.
9. About check-in at night
→ It is possible at night, but we may not be able to provide support, so please check in by 8 pm if possible.
