The space
The modern design apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows consists of a bedroom with a large box spring bed (160 x 200) and a functional workplace. In the living room, a high-quality box spring sofa bed with 160 x 200, for two more guests, complements the comfort.

Another highlight is the signature coffee bar with high-quality Nespresso coffee machine and a traditional drip filter. For young and old, there is a regional treat to match.

The living room leads directly to the large balcony with a south-west orientation. Perfect for morning coffee or cozy summer evenings in the fresh air.

A large smart TV incl. Netflix, free high-speed Internet and a large collection of games are also available. The living room is complemented by an elegant dining table where 4+ people can eat and play.

If you want to relax after a long day, you can simply take a hot bath, because the bathroom has a shower tub, toilet, sink and a washer-dryer.
