The space
Conserved village with living room with HDTV smart TV, full bathroom, full kitchen with refrigerator, dining room/pantry and laundry room with external shower on the lower floor, plus two bedrooms with two double beds, a bunk bed, split air conditioning (in both bedrooms), full bathroom and balcony with hammock on the upper floor. All rooms have ceiling fans.

-This is a beachfront village, where the sea air is no joke! We are super careful with cleaning, but some saltpeter spots may be present in the house even if it has been cleaned the same day. The bonus of experiencing this oceanfront paradise comes with the burden of living with the weather of the natural environment :)

- The reservation includes electricity consumption up to a total limit of 15 kWh.
per day. If the reading exceeds the count during the period of the stay, the equivalent of the kWh value corresponding to the period of the reading carried out by COELBA for the excess consumption will be charged.

- The condominium does not have a 24-hour doorman, only a janitor from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and, on Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

- Maintenance of the pool is carried out on useful Mondays, a day when IT DOES NOT WORK. If it is a holiday, maintenance is postponed to the next business day.

“Considered one of the cleanest beaches in Salvador, Stella Maris is flanked by condominiums, several summer houses and hotels. The beach is extensive, with a large strip of sand, and it's a good choice for those who want to escape Salvador's central riots. With a paradisiacal look, the place is surrounded by a beautiful coconut grove and native vegetation. The open sea has strong waves, making this beach a “peak” for those who surf and bodyboard in the city, but there are also natural pools, where the bath is more quiet.

In summer, the area is trendy and several parties are tidy in Stella. It's also minutes away from the city's airport. So, if you happen to arrive early in the city via airport, start the day at the beach and get into the “summer year-round” climate of this sunny city. Mix yourself together.”
