This cozy, two bedroom ocean view house is located in the heart of the surfing coastal stretch of El Salvador, minutes away from renowned Sunzal Surf Break. With an amazing view to "Bocana wave", this house is perfect for morning surf checks. And as they say, the view is everything, all rooms in the house have a spectacular view of mountains and ocean.

Enjoy the outdoors with our private pool, a charming outdoor area, and a BBQ, all set amidst the lush beauty of nature. Unwind in the hammocks, where you can soak in the serene atmosphere.
Nestled in the exclusive community of Cerromar you’ll benefit from 24/7 security and proximity to El Tunco and Sunzal surf wave, ensuring your stay is both peaceful and secure. Come experience the perfect blend of comfort and nature!

As the sole occupants of this magnificent villa, you'll revel in the luxury of having the entire house to yourselves, with no shared spaces or other groups. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking ocean breeze and view from your private pool, surrounded by the serenity of the nearby mountains.

- Guest Information: As soon as the reservation is confirmed, we kindly ask that you send all the names of the guests staying at the house. We need to leave a list at the front gate to confirm the arrival of guests. Guests not on the list will not be granted access to the private community.
- Gardener: We have a friendly gardener, Abraham, who comes daily to quickly water the plants and flowers. We appreciate you letting us know if you prefer he doesn’t water the plants while you are in the house.
- Cleaning Service: For stays longer than one week, we have a wonderful cleaning lady who comes and does a general cleaning of floors, bathrooms, and linens. We would also appreciate it if guests let us know if they prefer not to have anyone come over during their stay.
- Additional Tips:
- Please consider our house rules (you can find them at the end of the listing in the "House Rules" section).
- We recommend bringing mosquito repellent, especially during the rainy season.
- This property is located in a rural, tropical area, which may occasionally experience power outages and water shortages. While we strive to address any issues promptly, it’s important for guests to understand that occasional outages may occur beyond our control. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. It’s also important to note that we are surrounded by nature, and from May to October, there is a bloom in local wildlife due to the rainy season (especially insects). For this reason, we strongly suggest keeping doors and windows closed to avoid any critters from entering the house.
- Access to the Beach: While it is possible to walk to the beach, it is a steep hill. We recommend renting a car or scooter for easier transportation.
