We sleep up to 4 people. We are close to downtown, in a convenient location.

We also offer a water filter.

➡️BREAKFAST:
• We have a restaurant on the condominium's rooftop. This restaurant offers breakfast every day from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., and payment can be made directly there. Children up to 5 years old are free of charge, and from 6 to 10 years old, they pay half.
• This restaurant also offers lunch, snacks and dinner.

Guest access
Check-in will be done at the reception, as follows:
• I will send an entry authorization to the reception with the names and documents of the guests.
• If you are in a car/motorcycle, I will need the vehicle data (model, color and license plate) to send the authorization to the front desk.
• If you are using a vehicle, please park in front of the building and go to the reception, which is located on the ground floor, to check in.
• After check-in at the reception, you can park the vehicle (if you are using one) and proceed to the apartment. I'll send you the electronic lock password in advance.

📌1. We have free indoor and rotating parking.

📌2. As for cleaning and changing of linens, if the guest wishes any additional services during their stay, a fee of R$150.00 will be charged and it is necessary to communicate with us 1 day in advance to schedule with the cleaning company.

📌3. According to articles 82 and 250 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law No. 8.069/1990), the accommodation of minors will only be allowed with the express accompaniment or authorization of parents or guardians. It is necessary to send the documentation before the check in.

📌4. About our layette kit:
• For reservations of up to 2 people: the kit includes 1 set of sheets for the double bed (elastic sheet, cover sheet and two pillowcases), 2 bath towels, 1 face towel and 1 floor towel. As a courtesy, we also provide a blanket for the double bed.

• For reservations of 3 or 4 people: in addition to the standard two-person kit, we provide 1 extra kit for the sofa bed (elastic sheet, cover sheet and a pillowcase) and one or two bath towels depending on the number of guests.

• Extra items: If the guest wishes to request additional pieces of linen, we will check availability with the responsible company. Delivery of these items is subject to extra cost.

•NOTE: We do not offer baby bedding.

📌5. In the event of any unforeseen event in the apartment (such as air conditioning problems, blockages, etc.), we will call maintenance as soon as we are informed. However, because it depends on third-party providers, the service/resolution period may vary, especially outside business hours. We will do our best to expedite and keep the guest updated.

📌6. During busy periods in Porto de Galinhas, there may be temporary fluctuations or interruptions in the supply of water and/or electricity. In these cases, the condominium and the concessionaires act to normalize the situation as soon as possible. Because they are external situations, they are outside the host's control and responsibility.
NOTE: In case of water shortage, remember to close all faucets and the shower before leaving, avoiding the risk of flooding when the water supply returns.

📌7. For reasons of hygiene and conservation of the trousseau, it is not allowed to remove the mattress and/or pillow protectors during the stay.

📌8. As the building was recently delivered, there may be some occasional noise due to renovations in other apartments or a neighboring building.
