Take it easy in this relaxing country setting. Listen to plentiful bird life relaxing on the deck with drinks & nibbles or dinner with owls hooting & frogs chirping after dark too. Chill at Frog Hollow amidst our hobby farm with sheep, alpacas & chickens passing by or pop into one of the 3 towns within 12min to very good cafes/restaurants/takeaway or 15-50min to a choice of 3 wineries/a few breweries, to the Morwell or Tarra Bulga National Parks. STRICTLY NO SMOKING/VAPING at all on property

The space
Our B&B is a cosy but generous sized unit with lounge dining & kitchen in main area & separate bedroom & separate bathroom space.
We’ve been told the queen bed is very comfortable from which you have views of gum trees, farm paddock with our animals while you sit in bed with your morning cuppa. All windows have those views too.
Beautiful cotton linen and high quality cotton towels are provided for your stay. Electric blanket is on the main queen bed to be cozy in winter.
(There’s a pull out bed queen sofabed and single trundle bed too if it’s a group of 5, but the sleeping space is more comfortable for 2, numbers of people staying is by discretion of the host).

The kitchen is equipped with stove top & oven & microwave with good quality cookware etc, ready for you to cook your favorite meal or bring take way. Basic beverage making supplies & a coffee plunger are provided.

Split system heating/cooling.
Both blinds & curtains.
Guests have said the shower & hot water supply are great.

All in all a comfy unit surrounded by small acreage working farm in a beautiful area of central Gippsland.

Guest access
Frog Hollow B&B is self contained 1 bedroom unit & fully fenced with its own access gate, concrete drive with parking right next to the unit & concrete path access to steps to the entrance door. (No parking on the grass) Wi-Fi access too.
We restrict access to paddocks for our animals well being but love to provide feeding & patting experiences for our guests if desired.

Other things to note
This is our dream hobby farm with Sheep, Alpacas, chickens & Golden Retrievers we are keen to share with others.
We ask that you treat our animals with kindness & be aware they will be close by but not within the grounds of the B&B.
We can only accommodate children over 8yrs old due to safety associated with this being a Hobby Farm. We use minimal chemicals on our property so you may see lizards, frogs & insects & the occasional spider being it’s country living!

Strictly no dogs or cats to be with guests.
Room for pulling in with a caravan & parking space & turning area available.

We ask that if you have a visitor coming to see you that you let us know otherwise there’s to be No unauthorized people on site.

Our place is strictly a NO SMOKING & NO VAPING ZONE. A fee for a deep clean will have to be charged if this happens. We live on the premises & due to multiple family members with chronic health issues we cannot accommodate smokers.
