Fully fenced grassed yards & dogs welcome inside.

The space
The Breezeway features:

- dogs of all shapes/sizes and numbers welcome, indoors too.

- one bedroom can convert up to 4 singles or up to 2 king size beds

Pet friendly both inside and outside (just not allowed on furniture). We don’t charge any fees for pets staying.

All one level home, note there are 3 steps from the carport at the rear of the house and 4 steps at the front of the house. There are sturdy handrails on all stairs to assist those with mobility impairments.

The breezeway runs between the lounge room and open plan kitchen and dining rooms. Bi-fold glass doors open up on either side of the breezeway connecting the lounge room and dining room with beautiful ocean breezes. This is iconic coastal living.

With everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious stay for you, your family/friends including kids and pets of all sizes and shapes. No additional fees for pets, just clean up after them.

Everything has been thought of, ranging from kitchen pantry essentials, beach trolley for a trip to the markets or the beach, dog beds/bowls/toys, kids games and puzzles and so on.

Guest access
Guests have full access of the property including the pool. There are some locked cupboards that are owners private storage which are not accessible for guests. There is a garden shed which is locked and not accessible for guests.

Other things to note
A starter pack of consumables is provided including dishwasher tablets, toilet paper etc, but is not intended to provide for the duration of your stay.

HOUSE RULES

- No smoking permitted in the house or deck.
- Absolutely no parties allowed.
- Please pick up after your dog/s.
- BBQ available to use but please clean it afterwards.
- Empty rubbish bins upon checkout.
- Wash up dirty dishes etc and return to kitchen cupboards before checkout or put on the dishwasher before you leave.
- Maximum 10 guests permitted at the property.
- Only the number of guests on the booking are permitted to stay at the property. Additional requests require pre-approval prior to staying.

Additional charges may be incurred if the house rules aren’t followed

Cabarita Beach is 5 mins drive away where there is also a Woollies grocery shop, cafes and restaurants along with bakery, newsagency, beauty salon, etc.

Casuarina Complex is less than 5 mins drive in the other direction where there is a Coles grocery shop along with shops, chemist, doctors, bakery, cafes, vets and cafes and restaurants.

Salt Village is about 5 mins drive away as well for a range of cafes and restaurants.
