The cottage is situated within walking distance of all the local activities, at the same time giving visitors the complete amount of seclusion and privacy that guests may require. Surrounding Black Point, the sea waters come in various hues of blue, the sun usually never takes a vacation, and the people are always friendly and smiling. Staying with us at our beautiful cottage gives you access to all of this while enjoying a safe, clean, easily accessible island by air or boat. The cottage is located just a few steps from the beach, the Atlantic Ocean and the shallow Bahama Banks, setting the scene for beautiful sunsets and sunrises and access to constant cool ocean breezes. However you choose to spend your vacation, we are here to accommodate your every need. This beautiful cottage is the perfect place for an authentically Bahamian vacation.
The cottage is fully equipped with all necessary bathroom and bedroom items, clean and fresh linens, kitchen utensils, satellite TV, air-conditioning, along with access to free Wi-Fi. Although there are grocery stores on the island, we can fully stock the cottage before your arrival once provided with a grocery list in advance.
We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire space.
Note: Any cancellation by guest due to reason beyond host control results in first night fee + cleaning fee.
Other things to note
Getting to Black Point is simple! There are a few options available, you can travel here from Fort Lauderdale, Florida via Water Makers Airlines into Staniel Cay and transportation will be arranged for pickup to Black Point which also includes roundtrip fee from Staniel Cay.
Alternatively, please note that if you are flying from an international country you will have to fly to Nassau, Bahamas first. Then take a domestic flight via Flamingo Air Bahamas (http://flamingoairbah.com) to Black Point Exuma. Flight times are 8 am and 4 pm. You can arrange your international flight to arrive in Nassau in time to catch the 4pm flight to Black Point. It prevents an overnight stay in Nassau.
