Located on the slope between the beaches of Toque Toque Grande and Calhetas, in São Sebastião, on the north coast of São Paulo, Casa Pôr has a tangential view of the horizon as the central point of its architectural project. The scenery is formed by the beach of Toque Toque Grande, the city of Ilha Bela, the island of Montão de Trigo and, in the background, the Alcatrazes Archipelago, which, in the tangle of different shades between blue and green, transports its guests as close to the heights as possible.

The space
Planned by the couple Carlito Colhado and Renata Pascucci, Casa Pôr transmits freedom, contemplation and quietude. Made a light and silent landing in the Atlantic Forest.
Located on the slope between the beaches of Toque Toque Grande and Calhetas, in São Sebastião, on the north coast of São Paulo, the tangential view of the horizon is the central point of its design. The scenery - formed by Toque Toque Grande beach, the city of Ilha Bela, Ilha do Montão de Trigo and the Alcatrazes Archipelago - is cinematic. It challenges the senses and transports its guests as close to the heights as possible.
The place
The pool stands out immersed in the landscape. Built 60 meters above sea level, it seems suspended over the treetops, being the great highlight of the house. With an infinity edge and facing the sea, it shapes and is shaped by its surroundings.
As from any of its rooms it is possible to appreciate the intense blue of the Atlantic, the interior design emerges as another surprise. Signed furniture, works of art, and treasured pieces acquired on trips, both within and outside the country, make up its elegant and uncluttered atmosphere and reveal the extreme care taken with every detail.
Prioritizing the permanent connection with the landscape, the living room was designed with sofas and chairs by Estúdio Bola and Brazilian designer Paulo Alves, in addition to the award-winning Tetris bookcase, designed by Studio Carlito and Renata Pascucci, which guarantee your comfort. The Jangada armchair, Jean Gillon, and the Butterfly chair, Jorge Ferrari Hardoy, anchor the environment for moments of greater introspection and pause. With furniture and coffee table also planned by the couple, the integrated kitchen maintains fluidity and unity with the space. And, isolated and charming, the gourmet area is an invitation to even more special moments of togetherness.
Upstairs, the Tulipa table, Eero Saarinen and Paulo Alves chairs provide the final touch. The luxurious and serene suite, with a double bed and bedside tables carefully planned by Studio Carlito and Renata Pascucci, gains breadth and provides a welcoming atmosphere. The right choice of color palette conveys freshness and harmony. In balance with the panoramic view, the room becomes a refuge. The bathroom - entirely glazed - is an experience in itself, which enhances the charm of the accommodation.
The combination of textures and fun objects scattered around the house perfectly dialogue with the collection of rare vinyls, art books and works from MOA Estúdio. The space also houses works by graffiti artist Ricardo AKN and visual artist Diego Limberte, who are on the rise in the market. (It is worth mentioning that, with an eye on the news and trends in the world of the arts, the couple was responsible for the creation of the cultural space Beco da Mulher Maravilha in Maresias and for their graffiti, encouraging new and recognized graffiti artists to bring the cultural movement of the city to the coast as an urban project).
The property has a Wi-Fi network and is located in an exclusive area with a lot of privacy and security. Access is discreet, with an electronic gate and parking. The house is situated on a sloping plot of 800 m² and has 150 m².
Sail without moving, dress yourself by the star map and feel the breeze in the palm of your hand. In the silence between sunset and moonlight, let yourself go, let yourself be. That's the invitation.

Neighborhood highlights

The Toque Toque Grande neighborhood is a 5-minute drive away, is a friendly fishing village, and preserves the peaceful atmosphere of a little-known beach on the North Coast of São Paulo. The beach is small and is about 600 meters from one side to the other. Another distinguishing characteristic is its position in relation to the sun, which in the spring and summer seasons, the sun sets over the sea. In the left corner, we recommend trying the seafood platter of Caiçara Cesar, with his creation of seafood in front of his beach hut, and of course, having that caipirinha that only he knows how to make.
After that dip in the sea, you can cool off in the Toque Toque Grande Waterfall, an option for those who like waterfalls but not long hikes. It is short and easy to access, because it is 20 m from the edge of the road (Rodovia Rio-Santos) in front of the entrance to Toque Toque Grande Beach.
Another unmissable tour is Praia da Calhetas, which is inside a private property, accessed by a 15-minute walk from Casa Pôr. The place is a peninsula that divides the beach in two, and at its junction is a lookout point that is worth seeing the sunset.
Soon after, we recommend visiting the Calhetas Waterfall, the trail is very short, it is at the access to the beach with a fall of approximately 40 meters, in a small pool with calm waters for you to relax.
The tip is to bring repellent and whatever you want to consume, as there is no structure there. Leave only your love, and take your trash with you.
