- For food or any deliveries, kindly arrange for pick-up at the gate entrance only.

- The building has 24-hour security.

Important note:

- Guests who check out late without prior notice will incur a ₱5,000 penalty. This is because late check-outs may prevent us from accepting incoming bookings and require us to schedule cleaners in advance based on the confirmed check-out time.

- If guests fail to respond within 2 hours after check-out time and are still inside the unit, we reserve the right to open the door and request building security to assist in escorting guests out of the premises.

- If guests are found to have smoked inside the unit, a ₱5,000 deep cleaning fee will be charged to remove smoke odor and restore the space.

-Undeclared guests will incur a penalty of ₱500 per head, per night.
