*Cleaning and laundry fee of R$500.00 paid 24 hours before check-in
* Linens and bath linens are offered without change. If you wish to exchange we have a laundry fee.
🐶 Pet Policy – Casa Aretê
We allow only 1 small dog, provided it is trained and authorized in advance.
A fee of R$400 is charged, intended exclusively for additional cleaning, due to the owners' allergies.
The guest declares to be aware that they will be fully responsible for any damage, as well as for any urine or feces found in the house, and will bear the full costs.
The fee does not cover damage caused by the pet.
*Check-in 16h and check-out 12h. R$100.00 an hour to change check-in and check-out fee. Weekend departures after 12pm daily ( as per availability)
* The housekeeper can be hired during the stay (offering housekeeping and cooking services; the fee and service are arranged directly with her and paid separately).
*Boarding and disembarking in case of nautical promenade only on the public ramp at the end of the street. Do not use the neighbor ramp, or R$500 fine
*We have cameras outside the house
*Put in the consultation the correct number of adults, children, pets and babies guests. Please do not exceed the number of guests who booked the house or fine of R$200 the extra per day or even cancellation of the reservation.
* We ask you to check out with the hosts and leave your dishes washed, food scraps from discarded pots and garbage removed, or a fee of R$150.00, if you would not work at the house.
*Only 1 small, neutered, and trained pet is allowed, and it may not enter the swimming pool or walk around the condominium without a leash, or a fine of R$1,000.00 will be charged.
*No loud parties and smoking inside the house are not allowed as it is a family condominium with houses very close to each other .
The sound is allowed in Moderate volume from 10 to 10 pm ( do not take to the pool glass objects). Extra guests are not allowed to spend the day at the house
* Hiring of extra services staff such as buffet , decoration , live bands and voice and guitar are not allowed.
*After booking send guest listings with cpf and license plates. Any visitor must be communicated at the concierge leaving the name of the entry list in advance and warning him/her departure too !
* Beach club and sports headquarters, can be used by guests paying a day use (beach headquarters) and if you want to use the courts the cost is 200.00 for 1:30h for up to 6 people .
*Using the restaurant of the sports headquarters children up to 10 years old can use the swimming pool, kids space and the playground. Adults can sit on the chairs inside the pool, but the use of it is allowed only for swimming.

- 11 km from the famous Rua das Pedras
- 7.5 km from the beaches of Geribá.
Attention:
Prohibition of Removal of Furniture and Objects – Applied Fine
It is strictly forbidden to remove furniture, objects, utensils or any internal item from the house for use in outdoor areas (balcony, swimming pool, deck, garden, vessel, etc.).
All items in the house are for internal use only.
Any withdrawal, change of place or improper use will be considered an infringement.
Fine: R$300.00 will be charged per item identified at check-out that has been removed, displaced or used outside the original location.

Kitchen
1- Use low fire in pots, so that the flame does not burn the color part of the pot, it only accepts low fire

Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Sala
1 - Do not throw toilet paper, dental floss and absorbents into the vessels, keep drains of toilets closed after use to avoid insects.
2- Do not iron clothes on top of the beds, as in the service area there is an ironing board and the iron is in the white cabinet.

Exterior Barbek
1-Closing the house after 5pm to avoid mosquitoes ( remembering that the glass doors have no key, closing on the outside gets stuck.
2- Do not leave garbage in the barbecue so as not to attract animals (cats and gambas.
3- When using the barbecue, it has its utensils in the cabinets of the gourmet environment (glasses, forks and dishes ) DO NOT TAKE IT INSIDE
4- The awning can raise for air circulation, (but after using the gourmet space)

• Parties and Events: No parties on the property. Only small celebrations between guests are accepted, always with ambient sound respecting the limits of decibels and the quiet times established by local regulations.
• Live Music: The hiring of bands, DJs or any kind of live music performance is prohibited.
• Third Party Services: External services such as waiters, party companies, recreators or entertainment activities are not allowed.
