THE CHALET — A proper Muskoka chalet sleeping up to 6 guests, tucked amongst the trees neighboring Hidden Valley Resort and just minutes from Deerhurst. Private, peaceful, and an easy drive to downtown Huntsville. The open-plan living area centres on an electric fireplace that feels just as good on a cool June evening as it does in January.

The space
THE HOT TUB
This is the centerpiece of the chalet experience, and your guests will talk about it for weeks. The private hot tub is maintained at 39°C year-round and is ready from the moment you arrive. Step in after a day of hiking Arrowhead's trails, après a day on the ski hill, or simply because it's 9pm on a Friday and the stars are out. There's no better way to end a Muskoka day.

Fully equipped for 6 — everything you need to cook proper meals together. The dining table seats the full group, and the open concept layout means the cook is always part of the conversation.

THE AREA
Hidden Valley Highlands ski hill is steps from the chalet door. In summer, the hill's trails are open for hiking, private beach is 2 mins away and Arrowhead Provincial Park (10 min) has everything from swimming to waterfall hikes to paddling. Downtown Huntsville is 15 minutes away — restaurants, the LCBO, galleries, and the Algonquin Theatre for evening shows.

THE AREA — Hidden Valley Resort ski hill and several hiking trails just steps from the door. The private beach is about a 3–5 minute drive (or 7–10 minute walk). Arrowhead Provincial Park — hiking, Stubbs Falls, Big Bend Lookout, Porcupine Ridge, paddling, the Fire and Ice trail in winter — is 20 minutes. Downtown Huntsville is 15 minutes away for restaurants, the LCBO, art galleries, and evening shows at the Algonquin Theatre. Deerhurst Resort's spa, golf, and dining are less than a 5-minute drive away.

● Cell signal is strong throughout the property and surrounding area
● Property is on a private septic system — toilet paper only, no wipes or hygiene products
● Electric fireplace only — the gas fireplace and the wood fireplace downstairs are both decommissioned; please don't use either
● Fires must be fully extinguished with water before leaving them, even if they appear out — embers can reignite hours later; fire pit use is after 6:00 PM only, and only if there's no fire ban in place
