Enjoy our fully renovated 3-bedroom lakefront cottage featuring a bright open-concept living space and fully equipped kitchen—perfect for relaxing and spending time together.

Outside, you’ll love the easy lake access, beautiful water views, 4 kayaks (2 adult, 2 kids) with paddles and life jackets, BBQ, lawn games, and a fire pit at the water’s edge for unforgettable sunsets.

Please note: Rates include up to 4 guests. Additional guests are $35 per person, per night.

The space
The layout and amenities of this cottage provide a comfortable, functional, and cozy space for guests to relax and feel at home!

Kitchen:
-A stocked kitchen with plenty of cupboard storage for food and space for supplies. Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave and double sink. Also includes Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew. Island with two counter top-height bar stools for casual dining or extra workspace.

Living Room:
-Bright and spacious living area with ample natural light.
-A sofa and love seat for seating, with a coffee table and side table for convenience.
-Fireplace to add warmth and ambiance.
-55" smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney, Prime Video and YouTube- perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake.

Bathroom:
-A full shower, single vanity, and toilet. Convenient towel hooks are provided for easy storage and use. Clean, simple and functional for a comfortable stay.

Primary Bedroom -The Sage Green Wildflower Room:
-Comfortable queen bed with cozy linens.
-Closet for hanging clothes, plus additional shelving for storing luggage.
-Charging block and outlets for electronics, plus a lamp for reading or ambiance.
-Hooks for storage and use

Secondary Bedroom: The Beach Room
-A second queen bed with cozy linens.
-Drawers for clothing storage, along with a charging block and outlets for electronics.
-Hooks for storage and use.
- Lamp for reading or ambiance

Third Bedroom: The Blue Heron Room
-Full size bunk beds with ladder to top bunk.
-Bench for seating or luggage storage.
-Hooks for storage and use.

Outside:
-Enjoy your morning coffee with birdsong or evening meals on our patio table overlooking the lake. Unwind by the fire pit in the evening at the waters edge taking in the beautiful lake views. Tucked away at the end of a private lane our cottage is perfect for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote workers seeking peace and inspiration.
-Six person outdoor dining table with tilting umbrella.
-BBQ
-Outdoor fire pit with plastic muskoka chairs, can be moved around onsite.
-2 Spots for parking.
-Open lawn space for games/activities.
-Full access to the lake on property.
-Large tree to provide natural shade on a hot summers day.
-Boat launch steps away

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. There is no fence between our property and the neighboring property currently, so guests need to respectful of the neighboring property. The locked storage shed will be a restricted area. Guests can access the boat launch area for swimming etc. but will need to be respectful of neighboring lots.

Other things to note
Water shoes are highly recommended for the lake.

There is a water cooler provided for drinking water.

Firewood may be available at the property but not stocked regularly. You are welcome to use what’s there, if there is no stock there are several places close by to purchase extra if needed; including our neighbours on the lane (at the corner)- $5 a slot cash
