This stylishly appointed , 1500 square ft ocean front apartment in the 24-hr security Calafia Condo complex, is a piece of paradise just south of Rosarito, Mexico. The complex boasts a private beach, two pools with ocean views, a club house and gym. The area is famous for it's outstanding local seafood, wine, art and crafts. Located just 2 miles from the famous K-38 surf break with its cluster of restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery and taco stands.
Complex imposes a strict max of 6 & no pets.

The space
The apartment has two bedrooms with ocean views and two bathrooms and sleeps six people comfortably. The spacious living area is stylishly designed and the balcony runs the length of the condo. Guests can dine at their choice of inside or outside dining room table and lounge on the numerous comfortable patio chairs. The apartment is on the fourth floor and has an elevator. The kitchen is modern and spacious.

Guest access
Guests have access to a private beach, the club house, the lobby, two pools and a hot tub. There is also a manicured walking path along the cliffs and 24-hour security.
