Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom home in the secure and family-friendly Bayswater Subdivision, Lapu-Lapu City. Just 20-30 minutes from Mactan-Cebu International Airport.

Just a reminder that this listing may not be ideal for some guests, especially foreign guests who may not be used to shared beds and mattresses. The house has 3 beds and 2 extra foam, it may not suit everyone, but it’s a great option for those looking for an affordable stay.

🛁 • To make your stay more convenient, we provide basic bathroom essentials such as toothpaste, soap, and shampoo (subject to availability). A water dispenser with hot and cold drinking water is also available for your use. Enjoy a complimentary 1 gallon of water, with additional gallons available for a fee

Just a friendly reminder: if you are booking primarily to use the pool, please send us a message before making your reservation. This allows us to confirm whether the pool is available and not undergoing maintenance.

While guests are welcome to use the pool, access to the pool is provided as a complimentary amenity and is not included in the rental rate of the house. As such, we cannot guarantee its cleanliness or availability at all times, as maintenance schedules, weather conditions, and other factors may affect its condition. Please note that the pool is managed by the subdivision administration, and its maintenance and operations are beyond our control.

For this reason, refunds will not be issued for pool-related concerns, including temporary unavailability, maintenance, or cleanliness issues. The pool is offered free of charge as an optional amenity and is not a paid feature included in the booking rate.

Please note that our bathroom does not have a water heater. The unit is designed for guests who are comfortable using regular (cold) water. Installing a water heater would significantly increase electricity consumption, and with a maximum occupancy of up to 10 guests, this would greatly affect our operating costs.

To keep our rates affordable, we decided not to install a water heater. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house, except for the terrace above the garage, which is used as a storage room. They can also enjoy the shared pool and secure parking within the subdivision.

Other things to note
• 🏊 The swimming pool is shared with other homeowners in the subdivision.
• 🎽 A swimming cap is required when using the pool.
• ⏰ Pool hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
• 🛏️ Extra blankets are available upon request.
