With Skyline View, Luxury and spacious rooms, clean washrooms, our space includes 3 Rooms with 2 washrooms (1 Attached, 1 Common) and 2 balconies (1 attached with room, the other common in living room) and a fully loaded kitchen.
-Bedroom 1 offers Air conditioning, king size bed, attached balcony with the most mesmerising view, comfy bean bag, massager and shared washroom outside the room.
- Bedroom 2 offers Air Conditioning, King size bed, attached washroom, a massager and a small convertible sofa-bed unit.
-Bedroom 3 has Air Conditioning, Queen size bed and common washroom outside the room.

2. No unregistered guests allowed. Visitors are requested to leave before 9pm and management should be informed prior about it.
3. Respect the society and surroundings. Any complains will not be tolerated.
4. Keep the balcony and sliding windows closed after 10pm, it’s accessible but should be closed.
5. Keep the gas regulators turned down after use.
6. Turn off all the switches and lights (Except WiFi and fridge) while leaving.
7. Handover keys to caretaker.
8. Do not litter the society campus, a fine will be charged.
9. In case of property damage by the guests, they will be responsible for paying repair or replacement charges.
10. We follow a strong no nuisance policy and such nuisance instances will not be tolerated.
11. Loitering in the common building corridors, stairs is not allowed.
