The space
The cabin experience features an integrated bedroom and kitchen and features a queen-size bed with sunset views. In addition, we have hot/cold air-conditioning and total integration of the house with Alexa, featuring automated switches for the guest's voice.
Full kitchen with gas cooktop, electric oven, pots, cutlery, glasses, wine, gin and beer glasses and cooking utensils, fondue maker and baking dishes.
When it's time for a delicious bath, to relax, we have a soaking tub with sunrise and sunset views, a double shower with a glass ceiling and mountain views.
Outside, we have a deck with a super suspended hammock to enjoy the beautiful, breathtaking view, a barbecue, a shower for hot days, space for a fire pit and a space for an outdoor cinema.

- We offer a kit of bedding, bathrobes and clean bathrooms.
- Hot and cold water immersion tub
- Emma-branded mattress for a good sleep experience and 300 strands bedding.

- We do not offer any type of service during the stay.
- We have a solar plate in the offgrid hut with a autonomy of 3 hours if there is a power outage in the property. When the house is under the power of the solar panels, it does not feed the soaking tub and the electric oven, all the rest of the house works normally.
Pets are authorized as long as the owners are responsible for any damages and the cleaning of their needs. The property is all fenced but we are not responsible for an eventual escape of the animal.
Pet is not allowed in bed or in the bathtub.
- We value the conscious consumption of water and energy by all guests.
- We do not yet have blinds in the hut to privilege your experience and view at all times of the day.
- The telephone or GPS signal is very precarious, only the operators TIM and LIVE in the cabin and the surroundings.
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the hut and if you smoke on the outside, we ask that you be careful to throw the guimba in some of its own container, so as not to cause fire.
- We are 15 minutes from the center of Vale das Videiras, 20 minutes from Paty do Alferes and 30 minutes from Miguel Pereira.
- We recommend not to use the internal garage in case of rain forecast, as the floor is slippery. For this reason, the recommendation is to park in the spot demarcated on the pedestrian descent until the paving is finished.
- It is not allowed to place the barbecue on the wooden deck, as there may be danger of fire.
- According to the municipal law 7.956 of 2020, the release of fireworks in the region is prohibited and we also prohibit this practice in our hut or condominium.
- It is not allowed to open the trunk of the bed or to take any items that have not previously been made available without the consent of the host.
- It is not allowed to fly over other condo houses with drones
- It is strictly forbidden to use any Quimico product without our authorization in any dependency of the cabin.
- It is important to note that on raining days the condominium road may be slippery and requires maximum attention on the climb to the hut.
