Welcome to Paddy’s Court by Huis Hospitality, a contemporary 3-storey luxury home offering an elevated stay experience in the calm residential area of Lashibi — behind Emefs Lagoon View Estate, off Frimps Drive. Thoughtfully designed across 500 sqm of curated spaces, the home blends elegant furnishings, soft lighting, modern art pieces, premium finishing, and top-tier amenities suitable for both short and long-term guests.

The ground floor opens into a bright and elegant living area dressed with plush seating, layered lighting, contemporary décor, and a large smart TV. Adjoining is the dining section that flows into an expansive fully-fitted open-concept kitchen equipped with modern appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.), breakfast island, and a pantry. This level also houses Bedroom 1 (en-suite), ideal for guests who prefer ground-floor access.

The first floor hosts a family lounge with cozy seating, a study room (previously cinema), plus three en-suite bedrooms. The master suite (Room 2) is a private retreat featuring a generous bathroom, large windows for natural light, seating alcove, and an impressively finished walk-in closet. Rooms 3 & 4 are also en-suite and beautifully furnished.

The rooftop terrace is designed as an open chill & social space with seating, open views and a cool breeze — ideal for private lounging or intimate evenings. An additional en-suite bedroom (room 5) is located on this level; note that this room is not included as part of the guest rental.

Outdoor living is equally inviting — there is a swimming pool, well-maintained greenery, boys’ quarters, outdoor kitchen, and a paved compound able to park 3-4 cars, with an automated gate for stress-free entry.

The home is fully supported by on-site facilities team, in-built WiiM smart speakers, solar power backup, 24-hour manned security, and CCTV — ensuring comfort, safety, and uninterrupted living.
