Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa. Parking is in the front. Walk from the villa right onto the beach.
Other things to note
Smoking is permitted on the terrace and the rest of the outdoor area. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Pets are allowed when certain conditions are met. You must contact us first if you'd like to bring a pet, so that we can go over the details.
An additional cleaning fee of $150 per stay will apply, regardless of the length of the reservation.
Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, or any furniture.
Guests are responsible for keeping indoor and outdoor areas clean, including immediate disposal of pet waste.
Dogs must not be left alone in the villa and must not cause excessive noise or disturbance.
Any damage caused by the dog to the property, furniture, or outdoor areas will be the guest’s responsibility and may be charged separately
