Casa Laguna - be one of the first to vacation in this brand-new luxury home, with a pool, in the heart of Playa Grande. Approx 45 min drive from Liberia Airport.
The space
The house is fully fenced in, with private covered parking, and high-speed internet throughout.
INTERIOR
First floor:
Open concept living room and modern kitchen, stocked with everything you'd need to reheat leftovers or cook a gourmet meal. The large glass sliding doors, blend the outside with the inside and make the perfect backdrop. There's an additional powder room and laundry area with a full size washer/dryer for added convenience.
* Bedroom 1: The first floor also features a bedroom, which is perfect for those wanting extra privacy and/or not wanting to go upstairs. The bedroom has a private bathroom, with a stand up shower, and has both a queen and twin bed.
Second Floor:
There are 3 additional bedrooms, all with an en-suite, on the second floor. At the top of the stairs you'll find an open floor area perfect for yoga, kids playing, etc., a desk, for those looking to log on, and we've added a "baby" gate for those looking to contain little ones.
* Bedroom 2: bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a double bed on top. There's also a pull out single trundle bed for those that may need extra space. En-suite bathroom features a bathtub/shower for relaxing soaks or bathing the kiddos.
* Bedroom 3: King bed and bathroom with stand-up shower.
* Bedroom 4: King bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with stand-up shower, double-sinks and balcony.
EXTERIOR
The living area flows directly to the outside, where you have your own private oasis. Rinse off in the bamboo outdoor shower and dive into the refreshing pool, which features a Guanacaste wood swing and a sun shelf, perfect for keeping cool and/or kids play. Relax in one of the lounge chairs by the pool or in the hammock garden. The large U shaped seating area is a perfect place to hang and offers sun coverage and overhead fans. Enjoy al-fresco dining around the outdoor dining table and use the new gas BBQ. There's also a full bathroom in the carport for added convenience.

Other things to note
We can help with airport transportation, booking activities during your stay, and special requests like a private chef or massage. High-chair and/or pack-and-play also available upon request.
Playa Grande is being developed, so there is construction in the area. During the dry season, the town sometimes restricts water usage at certain hours of the day.
