Please note: While our property can accommodate up to 42 guests comfortably, this listing is currently set up for a maximum of 16 guests. If your group exceeds 16 people, there is an additional fee of $80 USD ($1,500 MXN) per person, per night — or $100 USD ($1,900 MXN) per person, per night during peak periods (Thanksgiving Weekend, Dec 15–Jan 15 and Holy Week). This fee will be requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center after booking for any guests beyond the included 16. Kindly inform us in advance so we can properly prepare for your stay.
