Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire indoor living space and all outdoor porches. The property has multiple parking spaces; one covered park in the garage is reserved for the host. The storage and utility room in the garage is for host use only and may be accessed briefly if bedding or supplies are needed during your stay.
For security coordination please share the number of vehicles and license plate numbers prior to arrival. This helps us maintain neighbourhood safety and makes check in smooth.
Other things to note
For safety , security, privacy ,comfort, and accommodation purposes, we restrict the number of guests to 13; the amount advertised. If, on the odd occasion, there are more guests than you originally booked overnighting, please let us know. Approval for additional guests is not guaranteed, and if it is approved, it will be at an additional cost.
To Maintain security, safety and privacy of our the environment that our guests value, only guests registered on Airbnb site will be allowed in premises , unless prior approval and due diligence is done.
ID required upon check in, and either in person or remote verification will be conducted. Only primary guest or in extenuating circumstances, ONLY registered guests will be allowed to check in.
Please do not request or make arrangements for anyone else to do check in your behalf.
We are not an event hosting venue for hosting parties and or events that exceed our registered number of guests. Please contact us if you have a special request PRIOR to finalizing any of your plans that may exceed 13 guests.
