Located just a couple blocks away from Parque de la 93, you’ll be within walking distance to the best restaurants, bars, markets and parks in town. Many corporate headquarters, as well as the best medical treatment facilities, are conveniently close too

The space
Studio divided in 2 main areas, a cozy living room with a dining table for two, and a comfortable sofa bed; and the daylight-filled room area, where you'll find the double bed, smart tv, generous closets, and a desk to work comfortably from your home in Bogota. The full kitchen connects these two areas, and the bathroom completes the service areas inside the unit.
The building has a beautiful rooftop terrace with enough space for a workout session, or just to hang out watching the sunset. There's also a laundry room equipped with heavy duty washing and drying machines (available for use upon payment), and a very chic and stylish cafe at the ground floor.

Enjoy a great Colombian coffee in the café just downstairs, exercise at the terrace to start the day full of energy, and go outside to discover our city at its fullest!
