You will have access to the covered parking space at Mawê Falls, in a small residential development. Two natural pools with ornamental fish, a full gourmet kitchen, a 10-seat dining table, and suites overlooking the crystal clear waters and lush landscaping.

Local commerce is 5 minutes away (by car). Bakery, a variety of restaurants, one with a toy library, pharmacies, market, butcher shop and beverage distributor.
This region is considered the pipeline of mountain bikers.
We are 17 minutes from the JK bridge, in an upscale neighborhood with lots of nature.
