We’re located in Miyakojima Ward, a quiet residential neighborhood in Osaka.
Surrounded by 3 different train stations, giving you easy access to all major areas of Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and beyond.
Within walking distance, you can access Osaka Metro (subway), JR trains and Keihan line.
This is a spacious apartment, very quiet at night, perfect for those seeking peaceful nights.
Families with kids and pets are welcome. Groups of friends and long stays are also welcome.

If you get hungry late at night, there’s a Konbini (7-Eleven) just around the corner, about 32 seconds away on foot. Is open 24/7!

• Kyobashi area – 20 min walk
• Kansai International Airport (KIX) is about 90 minutes away by train. That may sound long, but it’s pretty standard in Osaka. You’ll need to transfer once or twice depending on your route.

• Coin parking – right next door

🛋️ About the Apartment:
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old building, fully renovated by us, your hosts.
While we don’t have an elevator in this building, once you are in the apartment, everything is in the same level.
(Many houses in Japan have the toilet only in the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor, so that would mean that you need to use a lot of stairs in the house as well).
We decided to not use all the capacity of the house with beds, so less people can feel
more
spacious
for
a
great
price! 😌

Most of our guests are international and local travellers alike, who come with their kids and pets. Also group of friends who love the extra space and the local vibe. We have hosted remote workers, digital nomads, students, YouTubers, family members of immigrants who come to visit and more.

You will be staying at the apartment 302 which is located on the third floor.
There are 30 steps from the street level to the apartment.
You will see a black door with the number 302 outside.
Note: we do not have an elevator /lift
Other things to note
✈️ Airplane Noise: We're located about 30 minutes from Itami Airport, so you may hear planes passing overhead during the day. Flights typically stop around 9 PM and resume around 6 AM.
🚧 Construction in the Area: As our neighborhood continues to grow, occasional construction may happen nearby. While there's currently nothing active close to our building, this can change, and unfortunately, we don’t receive advance notice when it does.
🚨 City Sounds: Like any residential area, occasional sirens from ambulances or police cars may be heard, but they're not frequent—especially at night. Overall, our street is calm and quiet in the evenings.
🔇 Window Insulation: The windows are standard and not soundproof, so if you're very sensitive to outside sounds, this is something to keep in mind.
🛻 Morning Collection Truck: A few times a week, around 10 AM, a community rubbish truck drives by playing a little melody to announce its arrival. It's quite unique to Japan and might be surprising if you're not used to it, but it's part of daily life here.
