Hirasaura Beach is a 5-minute drive, and a 15-minute drive to the downtown area of Tateyama.
5 minutes to a convenience store, 5 minutes to a supermarket, 5 minutes to Awa Shrine in Japan.
It is quiet and private space is reserved for renting the entire house.
From the garden, you can see the sunset and the sea.

There are two beds and can accommodate both double and twin beds.

Once you've checked in, please read through the house manual provided.
Check-in
Please check in between 15:00 and 22:00.
* It is also possible to leave your luggage before 15:00.
* If you don't check out the day before, you can check in from the morning.
* Please contact us in advance for check-ins after 22:00.
* Check-out
Please check out by 11 o'clock.
* If there is no check-in on the day, you can stay until 15:00.
* There is no problem if you leave your luggage while the cleaning staff is present.
Caution for the use of the veranda
Chatting on the veranda cannot be used to prevent problems with the surrounding residents.
About smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside, including e-cigarettes.
About garbage dump
Please do not use the garbage dump.We will collect the garbage here, so please leave it in the room.
Accommodating guests for ●consecutive nights
Towels and sheets will not be changed, so please wash and use them at the coin laundry.
Please keep in mind that we do not clean during your stay.
Please contact us for garbage collection if you wish.
About ●Bugs
The facility is clean, so we have never had any pests.I've never had a bad experience with mosquitoes, etc.
However, because it is in a natural environment, there are occasional insects flying in.
We are taking measures against insects, but it may come in together when the entrance and windows are opened and closed.
If you don't want to see insects at all, please refrain from staying.
●Other
Please adhere to the following rules.Violators may be charged a fine.
1. If you use it inappropriately and get too dirty, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.
2. If we find any missing or damaged supplies, we may have to charge you for the cost.
3. If more than the number of guests are confirmed, we will charge an additional fee of 10,000 yen per person.(We will check the number of guests with security cameras in front of the entrance)
4. Please sort your trash as described in the trash can.
5. Please wash the dishes and utensils used.
6. Please refrain from removing the smell from yakiniku in the room for a few days.
7. Fireworks are not allowed on the premises.
About the ●check-in process
There is no resident manager at this facility.
Please take the key to the entrance from the key box.
Guest access
It has a private parking lot and garden.
However, there is another facility of the same size next door, so please be careful not to enter that property.
Also, please be careful not to park in the parking space next door.
Other things to note
Please be careful to keep noise levels within reasonable limits, as loud noises can disturb the neighbors.
