First-floor apartment, renovated, spacious and well located in the Graça neighborhood. Its decor blends modern and industrial style with an atmosphere reminiscent of Salvador's historic center. Ideal for those who enjoy good design and are looking for a comfortable and quiet stay, whether during a sightseeing trip or for work in a home office. The building is old and many elderly people live there, so respect and cordiality are fundamental, in addition to preserving the peace and quiet of the place.

3-bedroom ground floor apartment: 1 en-suite (electric shower) with a double bed and ceiling fan; 1 bedroom with a double bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and desk for work; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and ceiling fan; 1 social bathroom (electric shower); living room with dining table, sofa, 1 smart TV and wall fan; kitchen with 1 4-burner stove, 1 refrigerator, 1 microwave, 1 natural water filter. There is NO garage. The building has NO concierge: access to the common entrance with a key and to the apartment with an electronic lock (password).

Neighborhood highlights

The Graça neighborhood is a very central neighborhood, being a meeting point and close to the main tourist neighborhoods: Barra, Barra Avenida, Federação, Vitória, Ondina and Campo Grande. A 5-minute drive or a pleasant 20-minute walk from Barra beach or Avenida 7 de Setembro, which leads to the historic center.

The neighborhood has a wide range of shops and services: pharmacies, markets, banks, laundries, gyms, beauty salons, post offices, as well as cafes and restaurants, so you can enjoy all these amenities without even needing a car.

On the same street as the building, just two houses up, there is a Baiana who makes delicious acarajés and abarás, Monday through Friday, between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.! And next to the acarajé, there is the Deli e Cia delicatessen, with a variety of delights for you to try and an excellent breakfast!
