The space
Experience Cartagena like a local in our casa inside the historic walled city. Our loft is a blend of colonial style and modern architecture. Each bedroom has air conditioning to keep you comfortable, a water heater for warm showers, fiber optic internet throughout, fully equipped kitchen, and the living room has a desk if work calls. It’s the perfect mix of history, comfort, and practicality. Everything from cafés to nightlife to grocery stores is within walking distance.

Steps from the beach and only 15 minutes from the airport, our apartment is in the heart of Cartagena.

Other things to note
1. Local regulations require all individuals entering the property to be registered on the national tourism website. If you plan to receive a visitor, it is mandatory to provide a photo of their passport/cédula prior to their visit. The maximum number of visitors is 1.
2. The intercom installed on the exterior of the house features a camera that allows for communication and full visibility of the home's surroundings.
3. We have a security camera on the ceiling directly above the front door. This device is actively monitored to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests.
