Very nice apartment in a luxury building with 2 lifts. It has a magnificent terrace of 22m² with open and unobstructed view of the sea, the Palais des Festivals and Congresses, the Croisette.. It is furnished comfortably and has a broadband internet.

Our apartment has a 22 sqm terrace to admire the breathtaking view of the bay of Cannes and the Croisette. Its Southeast orientation allows to enjoy a very pleasant natural freshness during the 300 days of sunshine per year in Cannes. A beautiful environment to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.
