This is a private rental facility, so the entire facility is private.
The terrace BBQ facilities and sauna are available for an additional fee.
Other things to note
* We do not refund cancellations due to snow or frozen roads. Please check the situation yourself and come with sufficient equipment.
* Because it is located in a place with a lot of nature, there are many insects.
In some cases, you may need to use insecticides, etc.
Please refrain from using it if you are concerned.
* Sauna use and BBQ equipment rental are not included in the accommodation fee.
■ Submitting guest information
All guests will be asked to provide the following information at check-in.

In order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests, we have established the following terms of use.
If you do not comply with these terms, we may cancel the accommodation contract.
■ About the rental villa (prohibited matters)
1. We ask that you do not smoke anywhere in the building. (Including e-cigarettes.)
If there is any smell or trace of smoking, you will be charged 40,000 yen for house cleaning and the cost of replacing bedding and equipment.
* There is a smoking space on the terrace, so please smoke there.
Please do not smoke outside the building or throw cigarette butts on the street as it will cause complaints from the neighbors.
2. If you intentionally or accidentally damage or contaminate the villa facilities, appliances, furniture, items, etc., you will be asked to bear the full cost of restoration. (Please be careful when using the furniture, etc., as it is expensive and will be charged in the yen.)
3. Please be sure to return the keys to the key box where they were. If the key is not in the key box during cleaning or if the guest loses it, the guest will be charged 30,000 yen (excluding tax) for the cost of replacing the key.
4. Entry to the property (including the premises) by anyone other than the user who submitted the application is strictly prohibited. (We will check with a surveillance camera at the entrance when you enter the building.)
If someone other than the user enters the property, a separate fee will be charged.
If you enter without permission, you will be immediately cancelled and everyone will be asked to leave.
* Maximum 6 people. From the 3rd person, an additional 10,000 yen per person per night (tax not included)
5. If a large number of used dishes are left behind, we may charge a separate cleaning fee depending on the usage.
6. The facilities and equipment of the villa are lent to the user only during the stay and cannot be taken home. Please do not take anything out of the villa.
7. Bringing in the following items is prohibited.
・ Hazardous materials such as gunpowder, explosives, gasoline, kerosene, chemicals, toxic gases, volatile oils, etc.
・ Rotten, dirty, or other items that emit moisture, foul odors, or other odors
・ Cats, birds, reptiles and other animal pets in general
・ Extremely large quantities of items
・ Other items prohibited by law
■ About use
1. Minors cannot use it on their own.
2. After 7 pm, please refrain from disturbing the neighborhood with loud noises, singing, playing musical instruments, loud conversations, etc.
3. Please refrain from using the villa for purposes other than accommodation, such as business activities (exhibitions, etc.) without the permission of the villa manager.
4. The neighborhood is very quiet, so if you cause a nuisance to the neighborhood, such as shouting loudly at the facility, the neighbors may report you to the police. In that case, the villa user will be legally responsible for everything and will be immediately removed.
5. The facility assumes no responsibility for any accidents caused by natural disasters, the carelessness of the facility user, or accidents caused by non-compliance with these terms.
6. We will not take any responsibility for any damage, theft, or accident to the facility user's vehicle or belongings.
7. Please do not significantly change or decorate the interior or exterior.
8. Because it is a natural place, insects and animals may invade. Do not leave windows open.
9. Please be sure to lock the door when you go out or when you leave.
10. Please be sure to wash dishes, etc.
(In particular, if you do not wash the barbecue grill, etc. when using the terrace, a cleaning fee will be charged.)
11. Please thoroughly separate your garbage.
If it is not sorted, we will charge 10,000 yen as a cleaning fee.
12. Try to use only as many towels and sheets as you need.
■ Precautions when using options
1. Please be careful not to drop food, etc., or your personal belongings, especially precious metals, etc., as there are gaps in the wooden deck of the terrace. If it falls, it is basically impossible to remove, so please be careful.
2. There are pensions and villas nearby, and the environment is very quiet at night, so the police will be notified immediately if there is any noise, so please be careful about using speakers for listening to music, etc., and use them at reasonable times and at reasonable volumes.
3. Please note that you are responsible for any injuries you may incur if you fall down the stairs or over the fence.
4. The terrace is available until 10 pm.
■ Safety precautions
1. Please check the lock when you leave the rental villa during your stay.
Please check the locks during your stay in the villa, especially when you go to bed.
2. When there is a visitor, please do not open the door inadvertently and keep the door locked, or check with the intercom.
3. If you suspect someone is suspicious, please contact the manager or the police immediately.
■ Storage of guests' luggage or personal belongings
If a guest's luggage or personal belongings are left in the rental villa after check-out, the rental villa will seek the owner's instructions if the owner is identified. However, if the owner does not give instructions or the owner is not identified, we will keep it for 2 days, including the date of discovery, and then dispose of it. In addition, food, beverages, and disposable utensils will be disposed of on the same day. If you send a forgotten item, we will send it by cash on delivery.
■ Guest Responsibilities
If the villa is damaged due to the intent or negligence of the guest, the guest will be asked to compensate the villa for the damage. (We will charge for all accommodation during the unavailable period.)
