Unregistered Guests: ₱1,000 per head.
Liability: We are not liable for accidents, damages, or loss of personal belongings.
Pets: Allowed with prior notice. ₱500 cleaning fee per pet, per stay. Pets are not allowed on beds. Furparents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets; potty mess will be charged from the security deposit.
Security Deposit: ₱2,000 required upon check-in. Fully refundable after inspection, subject to damages/violations.
Bring Your Own: Towels, tissue/paper towels, and personal items.
Bodywash and Shampoo are provided.
Check-in/Out: Check-in 5:00 PM, Check-out 2:00 PM. Early/late check-out subject to availability at ₱1,000/hour. Keys must be returned to caretaker.
Damages: Excessive mess or disorder may result in forfeited deposit and additional cleaning/maintenance fees.
Noise & Parties: No illegal activities, drugs, or rowdy parties. Avoid loud noise after 10:00 PM. Respect neighbors. Videoke/speakers must be at low volume, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 6 AM).
Peace & Privacy: Located in a private residential area; please respect the community. Violations may lead to police report and immediate eviction.
No-show policy:
Regarding the additional head, per our no-show policy, once check-in begins, all reserved headcounts are considered final, and refunds will not be issued.
House Policy: Removal or Non-Return of Items
All items provided in the house are strictly for in-house use only and must remain on the property.
If any item (including but not limited to towels, linens, kitchenware, décor, appliances, or other household items) is taken out, lost, or not returned, the following charges will apply:
• Full replacement cost of the item
• Inconvenience fee
• Transportation / fare costs incurred for retrieval, delivery, or replacement of the item
These charges will be deducted from the security deposit. If the total amount exceeds the security deposit, the remaining balance will be charged through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
The inconvenience fee and fare costs cover the time, effort, and expenses required to retrieve or replace items and to prepare the house for the next guests.
Guests are required to inform the host immediately if an item is accidentally taken. Failure to report may result in additional charges.
