Situated just a short walk from the main hub of Margaret River and on the beautiful west side of town is this lovely entire guesthouse bursting with character and chilled feels.

Surrounded by trees and forrest and a budding lawn at the front you have the quality of privacy from all directions.

The space
The studio is a beautiful little building that sits in the north/west corner of the property and is detached from the main residence. Converted to a self contained kitchen/bath with a loft it shows off a lot of character with extensive timber features. The bedroom upstairs is a queen bed with plenty of storage space for luggage.

The backyard is fully fenced off with two access gates for those wishing to bring pets or even a little human. A freshly installed 6Kw split system will keep the chilly bugs away to ensure you guys have a comfortable vacation in the beautiful south west.

Guest access
