PARKING : We have our own parking slot located at Positano Tower Basement 1 with a fee of Php 350.00 per day. (exclusively available to our guest).
POOL USE / FEE : 250 per head per shift (to be paid directly to Azure)
POOL SCHEDULE : Wed - Mon (7 AM–12 PM and 2 PM–7 PM)

BASIC HOUSE RULES
Please take a moment to review and agree to the House Rules before confirming your stay. Thank you for abiding our policy guidelines.
- Maximum of 6 Guest only (Max of 5 adults and 1 child 3ft below)
- No visitors allowed.
- We will only accommodate registered guests. If guests allow an unregistered guest to enter the premises, the host will pass on the penalty fee of PhP10000 to the guest.
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT
- No loud music and unnecessary noise.
- Please do not move the bed location.
- Cooking is allowed but please avoid cooking or heating smelly foods. A P2,000 cleaning fee (or higher) may apply if deep cleaning is required to remove odors for our next guests.
- Please do not pour cooking oil in the sink.
- CLAYGO (Clean as you Go)
• Wash the dishes
• Return furnitures to it's original place
• Dispose garbage (Please throw trash in the designated trash bin)
- Foods is strictly not allowed in the pool area.
- No parties/events or activities that may leave a mark or mess.
- Please turn OFF lights and aircon when not in use.
- Save water. Turn OFF taps when not in use.
- Hanging clothes in the balcony railing is not allowed. (Penalty of P2000 will be charge).
- Please wear proper swimming attire.
- Corresponding fees will be charged for any damage or loss.
NOTE
- No Drinking Water / No Condiments provided.
- Pitcher, Plates, Bowls and other utensils available.
- The owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises or its facilities.
- The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
- Guests will be charged Php 1000.00 for lost keys.
