This is a hidden gem Loft in the middle of Ubud. The location is strategic, as it is close to Ubud Center attractions such as the Ubud market, the monkey forest, and several Ubud art galleries. This loft has a chic modern design and architecture that makes you feel very impressed by its uniqueness.
The space
The moment you enter the loft, you are attracted by its beauty. This is clear from the one-of-a-kind furnishings found in every corner of the loft, the spectacular ceilings throughout, a cute big art chair, various artworks combined with bold color coordination, and a large garden with a swimming pool. The perfect space for a small family or friends.
The 2 bedrooms in this loft have double beds, an indoor bath with a view of the swimming pool and a lush garden, showers, two washing stands, and free WiFi.
Because of its high ceilings, comfortable and unique sofas, Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker, and open layout that overlooks the pool, the living room in this luxurious loft quickly becomes the favorite gathering place for friends and family. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you require to make delicious meals and drinks for six people at the dining table.
This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.
A lush garden with a cute cabana next to the spacious swimming pool, and elegant sun loungers to relax after a dip in the pool will make your stay perfect. Pamper yourself even more while breathing in the incredible fresh air of Ubud.
Our villa host will assist you with any questions or requests that may come up during your stay. He can also assist with the following: scooter/car rental, transportation, massage, and local knowledge and tours. Please do not hesitate to contact him during your stay.
A private park is located just next to the loft and can fit to scooters only.
Other things to note
The entire loft is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others.
Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the loft, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!
LOFT WITH RICE FIELD VIEW
As nature is integral to the loft, you may hear noises which come from insects and animals who inhabit the rice field and surroundings (frogs, chickens etc.). This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud
Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification/intervention out of their scope.
Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site.
In Bali, calls for prayers are set by the government twice a day at 6 AM and 6 PM. Those are coming from nearby temples and can be heard throughout the island. This is a government regulated practice on which the host has no power of intervention/modification and therefore cannot be held responsible for.
ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this loft is located on a remote location with ricefields view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the loft, so it can be dark at night.
Please note that a 100 meters walk by foot is necessary to reach the property if you arrive by car. Motorcycles and pedestrians can directly access the entrance while cars need to park a bit farther due to a narrow path. Please contact our staff if you require assistance.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the loft, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road.
Car parking is not available at the loft, the space fits scooters only. Please consider the access conditions if you bring elders.
This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.
We are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our guest during your stay, the villa is thoroughly cleaned following the AirBnb cleaning procedure.

Q: What time is check in?
A: Check in is from 2 PM. If you arrive earlier, you are very welcome to drop your luggage at the villa and start exploring the neighborhood while our team prepares everything for you.
Early check in may be possible depending on availability, and we will always do our best to accommodate your request, but it cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Our on site team is available until 5 PM. For arrivals after 5 PM, we provide a simple and smooth self check in process so you can settle in comfortably at your own pace.
Q: What time is check out?
A: Check out is at 11 AM to allow our team enough time to prepare the villa beautifully for the next guests.
Late check out may be available depending on the next booking schedule and must be confirmed in advance. Additional charges apply.
For departures between 11 AM and 3 PM, a fee of 50 percent of the daily villa rate will apply. Any departure after 3 PM will be charged at the full daily villa rate.
If you need assistance with luggage storage after check out, please let us know in advance. When the villa is not immediately occupied, we are happy to help store your bags.
Q: Is daily housekeeping included?
A : Yes, daily housekeeping is included in your stay.
To ensure your privacy and comfort, cleaning is arranged at your preferred time. Simply coordinate with your villa host to schedule the service. Housekeeping is provided once per day.
Your dedicated villa host is available via What’sapp from 9 AM to 5 PM and remains on call for emergencies. They are always happy to assist with any requests, although they do not stay on site at all times.
Q : Can we request extra clean towels?
A : In support of our eco conscious approach, towels are refreshed every three days.
If you would like your towels replaced, please leave them on the floor and our housekeeping team will collect and change them. Towels left hanging on the racks will be considered clean and will not be replaced.
If you require additional towels outside of the scheduled change, feel free to reach out to your villa host and we will do our best to assist.
Q : What is the maximum occupancy for the villa?
A : The maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children.
For comfort, safety, and licensing compliance, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond this number at any time.
If your group size changes before arrival, please inform us in advance so we can assist you accordingly.
