Unit 2407 is a single-level 48-sqm corner unit at the Arnaiz Tower of The Beacon Makati. It's in the Makati Business District. It's family-friendly and has a simple yet functional, modern-inspired interior. It's 0.75 km or about 10-minute walk to the Greenbelt, Landmark, Glorietta, SM and OneAyala Malls.
It's also about 20-minute (without traffic) taxi ride to the NAIA Airport Terminals, and world-class Casinos: Resorts World, Solaire and City of Dreams.
The space
The space is 48-sq-meter corner unit on the 24th Floor of Arnaiz Tower of The Beacon. It has a view of the Makati Business District. It has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. It has a simple yet functional design, and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Ample storage has also been taken into consideration to maximize space.
It has a 42-inch TV for streaming music and videos. A fiber-connected WiFi is provided for internet access, business and productivity use.
It has a fully functional kitchen with an induction cooktop. Essential cooking utensils, dinnerware, rice cooker, Microwave oven and a Coffee maker are provided.
There are 2 bathrooms with water heater.
Iron and board are provided.
Guest access
The building is wheelchair friendly.
The guest has access to the entire condo. Guests can also use the Swimming pool, but a check-in paperwork, pre-approved by the Building Administrator, will be needed prior to use. We will take care of it. We'll just need to know the names of the guests to register.
Gym access, unfortunately, due to a recent Home Owner's Association (HOA) policy change, is not free anymore. It's 100 Pesos/day or 500 Pesos/month per head. To get the latest rate, please visit the Gym and see the attendant.
Paid parking is available at the Building. Other public parking areas nearby are Makati Cinema Square Mall and Waltermart. These malls are a short walk from the condo.
Other things to note
***Energy Conservation
Please conserve energy by turning off unused appliances. The benefits of energy efficiency are the following:
- saves everybody money.
- improves the economy.
- is good for the environment.
- improves national security.
- enhances quality of life.
***Traffic
Not only Makati, but the whole Metro Manila, has a traffic congestion problem. Always allot time to account for slow traffic when traveling.
***Building Security
Security personnel in the Condo is strict but respectful and courteous. Please follow all rules and regulations of the Building.
***House Cleaning
Please be informed that the cleaning fee that Airbnb charges is a one-time fee that the we (host) use to clean the place after the guests have left, or after a turnover; it's not for a regular cleaning service. There's a laundry, Distilled Water refill, and house cleaning services on Parking level 2 (P2) of the building that can be engaged. We also have our own team who can clean the place for a competitive market rate. Please contact our Property Manager for details.
Also, there are basic cleaning tools (mop, broom, etc.) available in our place that you can use to clean the space, should you decide to do it on your own.
***Supplies
The provision of room supplies (towels, toiletries, etc.), specially bath towels, are allotted based on the number of guests and their length of stay. Please be considerate with the consumption. There'll be an additional fee for any supply replenishment that we deem is due to excessive consumption.
