The Villa is Located within a short 1 Minute drive, or a 5 Minutes walk up the mountain from the heart center of Santa Teresa. Located 400m from the beach and 250m from the main road, right above the best surf spots (Banana Beach), grocery stores, Cafe's, restaurants, Bars, Bakery's, and Organic Super Market. without a doubt one of the Best Located Villa's in the area.
Neighborhood is also very and private.
