RESPONSE TO COVID-19:
The health and well-being of our guests is our top priority and we have implemented strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19. Our cleaners have deployed enhanced cleaning procedures that are specific for COVID-19.
- BEDROOM & BALCONY -
The spacious bedroom has a queen-size bed with fresh high quality bedding and soft pillows. The window behind the bed overlooks the Manila Golf. There are sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony with a gorgeous view of the cityscape and the golf course. There is outdoor seating, perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a split-type air conditioning unit in the bedroom keeping the space cool through the day and night.
- BATHROOM -
The en-suite bathroom has a shower with hot and cold water. The water pressure is great and it heats up quickly. The faucet in the shower and the sink both have hot and cold water too. We offer complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bathroom is professionally sanitised before every guest stay.
- LIVING & DINING -
The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed that can fit up to 2 people to sleep. We provide a mattress enhancer that promotes more restful sleep for the sofa bed. There is a 50” Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube for your entertainment. The entertainment cabinet can be used for your extra storage needs. The living room opens to the dining area with a white modern dining table that comfortably seats 4 people. There is a split-type AC that keeps the living, dining, and kitchen cool during the day and night if needed.
- KITCHEN -
The open plan kitchen is fully-equipped with quality appliances. An electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and electric kettle can be used. For your convenience, we have provided cutlery sets, plates, wine glasses, cups and cooking pans.
- FRONT DOOR SMART LOCK -
The front door has a Smart Deadbolt lock providing the guests with an easy check-in and checkout process using only a pin code. It has a sensor that automatically locks the door when you close the door for your extra security. We offer 24/7 check in which gives our guests privacy and flexibility for check-in time.
- PARKING -
There is paid parking in Basement 1 of the condo complex. The entrance to the parking is on Forbestown Road.
Parking Rate:
•P50 for the first 3 hours
•P20/hr for the 4th and 5th hour
•P40/hr for the 6th hour and exceeding hours
•P150/day additional overnight charge
Motorcycle Rate:
•P50 - Flat rate for 24 hrs

In an effort to ensure guest safety, condo does not allow unregistered guest access. Please provide the complete names of all the guests upon booking. We only provide extra beddings for the sofa bed if more than 2 guests are registered.
This property has a potential for noise since it is located in a city and above a popular dining areas.
