Great location, close to it all, just a few minutes walking from city center and old town. Comfy studio apartment with a main room equipped with a double bed, bathroom with toilette and box shower and kitchen. WI-FI Internet, air conditioning / heating and cable LCD TV all available.

The space
Comfortable studio apartment for 2 persons located in one of the best parts of Split, Spinut area. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a small residential building and it is ideal for reach the city center by foot in 5-10 minutes as well as the park-forrest "Marjan", only few hundred meters far away.

The accommodation has a large main room with a double bed, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is completely equipped with stove, fridge, small freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery and all other necessary cooking utensils. The bathroom is with shower box and sanitary facilities, including also a washing machine.

Free WI-FI Internet connection, air conditioning/heating and LCD TV with international channels all available in the apartment.

The centre of the town is less than 10 minutes on foot from the apartment, approximately 300-400 meters far away.
