The space
Escape to our luxurious beachfront villa in Bali and experience the beauty of nature. Nestled in a serene and unique part of the island, our home offers the perfect blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern luxuries. With the beach, ocean, and rice fields at your doorstep, you'll be able to relax and unwind to the sounds of the waves and birds.
Our villa features two cozy, traditional teak "Gladeks" converted and modernised into beautiful bedrooms with king-size beds and luxury linen, as well as air-conditioned living and bedroom spaces. The central living space has open plan living with a sofa area, a 55-inch 4K TV with Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and smart TV capabilities. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, with all the utensils and appliances you need, including German Bosch appliances and Corian countertops. The living area also includes a large 8-seater dining table made from teak. Enjoy your favorite tunes on the Sonos sound system, controlled by an iPad.
We have 3 furry friends Max (the fat one), Blackie (the skinny one), Coal (the tough one), they are bali dogs and super friendly but also call the house their home and are part of our family. If you're not a dog person then we are afraid this property isn't for you.
Step outside to the beautiful infinity pool with views of the ocean, or relax on the comfortable sofas while admiring the scenery. The outdoor grass area is the perfect spot for a campfire, and at night you can turn on the rice field lights to create an amazing atmosphere. The gardens are home to many rare plants and species, and there are outdoor showers and bathrooms for your convenience.
The villa is built with western techniques using natural materials found throughout the archipelago, including dragon tail roof singles and locally sourced recycled teak. It is fully air-conditioned or can be opened to the elements, depending on your preference. As digital nomads ourselves, we've designed the villa with remote work in mind. With 2x optic fibre lines and battery backup and generator, you'll have lightning-fast internet for video conferences and focused work.
We also have another separate villa on the property that is available for rent. It includes an additional king-size bed, an amazing view, and a hot tub. This villa is private and secluded, offering the perfect retreat for couples or small groups.
Our villa is fully serviced, with daily cleaning and maid service, daily villa concierge, turn down service, and laundry taken care of on site. Additional amenities include private beach access, 2 scooters for your use, a BBQ area, and outdoor patio. And for your convenience, we've stocked the villa with a mini bar full of Bintang, San Miguel Light, Sapporo, red and white wine.
The villa is located just outside Balian Village, which can be reached by car, scooter, or a 20-minute walk along the black-sand beach. The surrounding area offers many activities and sights, including surfing, cafes, secluded black-sand beaches, old-growth forests, and coastal caves and waterfalls to explore.
It is situated in a peaceful and serene area, away from the crowds and hustle of popular tourist destinations such as Canggu. It is integrated into the local community, with nearby rice fields tended by local farmers and a coconut grove with grazing cattle. You have private beach access, through the coconut grove and beach jungle, which lies Petangehan Beach, a beautiful black-sand beach that stretches for several kilometers. This beach is a popular spot for local fishermen, families, body surfing, swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. It is also a perfect place for walking and jogging, with its hard-sand surface making it ideal for long walks from 2km up to 16km.

You will arrive at the security post and main entrance where you will taken on a brief stroll through the property to the entrance of your private villa. The villa is nestled into the land and is very seculed and private, with private direct access to the beach via the Richfield and coconut grove. A huge grassed area is adjacent the master bedroom for lounging in the sun.

- The property has 3 dogs, they will sleep in the main house as they love people.
