The space
*After booking, you will be shown to your private shower room. You will need to go outside the room once to get to the shower room. The entrance and exit are shared, but the shower room is our private unit. We rarely see other guests. Restrooms are located inside the rooms, so don't worry!

— Access & Transportation —
The road to the property gets narrow with limited streetlights. The entrance is a gravel path, which may be difficult with heavy suitcases. On rainy days or with heavy luggage, we recommend taking a taxi from Kawaguchiko Station (about 600 yen).
・Company-sleeping-free“ means ”no bedding, towel and amenities required" and only children who sleep with their parents will be charged. Free bedding means that children who sleep with their parents do not need bedding, towels, or amenities.
Children over 2 years old are charged the same rate as adults.
Children who sleep with their parents are not provided with linens and amenities, so please bring your own. If you wish to use bedding, towels, and amenities, an additional fee will be charged.
If you wish to have your child sleep with you, please inform us of the number and age of your child(ren).

For environmental reasons, we provide one set of towels per guest during your stay (one bath towel and one face towel).

Guest access

You are free to enjoy the room and its amenities during your stay.
*Please do not take any of the amenities and facilities home with you.
●The shower room, washbasin, and washing machine are located once you leave the room and enter through the door on the leftmost side. 3 shower rooms and wash booths are available, the shower room in the middle is where you can use.
Please do not use the other two, as they are reserved for other guests.
Fuji Photo Spot
After leaving the room and climbing the black stairs, you will see a small window. Fuji can be seen beautifully from there.
Please be quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the next morning as there are other guests staying in the room.
Other things to note
■ Before Check-in
• Free luggage storage is available from 12:00 PM.
• Cleaning staff may enter; please keep valuables with you.
• Staying from 12:00 PM is considered early check-in and will incur a fee of ¥1,500 per hour.
• Advance notice is required for luggage storage.
■ After Check-out
• Luggage storage is not available. Please use station coin lockers.
■ House Rules
• No shoes indoors.
• No open flames, fireworks, or bonfires. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including the terrace. Use designated outdoor smoking areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No parties or loud activities.
• Terrace use is allowed until 9:00 PM.
• No cleaning during stay. For long stays, additional cleaning is available upon request (fees apply). Trash collection is free.
• No karaoke or musical instruments.
• Disturbances due to noise or excessive drinking may result in eviction without refund. Severe cases may incur penalties.
• A cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged for vomit cleanup.
• Damages or loss of rental items or facilities (including bedding and linens) will be charged.
■ Notices
• The building is wooden; sounds from neighboring or upstairs guests may be audible.
• Located in a residential area.
• Near a railway; occasional train noise may occur.
• Nearby construction or excavation may occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• If sensitive to noise, please consider this before booking.
• No refunds for these conditions; please refrain from leaving negative reviews for pre-notified matters.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Non-compliance may result in police notification and eviction without refund.
• Access roads are narrow and partially gravel. Please yield when passing.
■ Guest Registration
• Submission of a guest list is required by law. Please provide the name, address, and occupation of all guests to the designated email address.
• Foreign nationals must also attach a copy of their passport.
• Access codes will be provided upon confirmation of registration.
• Failure to comply may result in denial of accommodation.
