It was all amazing Emma gave me very clear instructions and as soon as I arrived I was directly given the keys to the house. The house was super clean, the air conditioner directly warms the space, there is very close metro stop and easy walking access to everything. I was very happy

Dora's place is immaculately presented and very comfortable. She provided clear instructions for check-in, so it was easy to access the property even though I arrived at around 3AM. I appreciated the extra touches of hospitality, such as soft drinks in the fridge and a list of instructions for the apartment and recommendations for the local area. The view of the Acropolis from the roof terrace is beautiful, and an added bonus point for the apartment. The area itself is ideally located for walking around Athens - it is around 7 minutes from Monastiraki, 15 mins from Plaka and around the same from the Agora/Acropolis area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate surrounding area, and the only drawback for me was that there is a nearby nightclub that plays loud music until around 4AM - unless you are a night owl, I would definitely recommend earplugs for a decent night's sleep. Other than that, perfect!

We had a great stay at Anastasia’s place! The panoramic view over the city, is absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was super clean, stylish, exactly how it looks in the photos. Anastasia was a fantastic host, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips. Her warm, welcoming vibe made us feel at home instantly. I’ll definitely be back here next time I’m in Athens! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment matches the photos, the neighborhood is well secured. The pedestrian street is quiet. Very easy to get to the center of Athens thanks to the metro. A great experience.

We spent 9 nights as a couple in this spacious place that has all the everyday amenities and even more (including washing machine and stove). The terrace with plants is a real plus. The very large bathroom, which also contains the toilet, lots of storage and the desk. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, accessible by stairs and secured by several successive doors locking. The neighborhood is popular but so there are more local and cheaper shops. The metro is a 5-minute walk through lively streets with bars and restaurants, and Athens' attractions remain within walking distance if you like walking like us. Minor inconveniences: soft mattress, slightly narrow shower, no microwave.

Comfortable and clean apartment!

Amazing apartment! Just like in the photos and even better in person. It was impeccably tidy and clean as soon as I walked in it smelled clean. I have no words for the host as he helped me and guided me through any questions I had and served me until the last minute. I'll definitely revisit it! Everything was great!

The house is delightfully creative and the pool and patio are so magical at night- it was easy to take metro to downtown - but there were good restaurants and sweet shops in our neighborhood

We stayed as a couple for 6 days and found the place perfect for our us. If you want to be in the centre of Athens; literally 2 minutes walk from the Acropolis; yet quiet in the accommodation then this is perfect. We did not use the Kitchen as there is an abundance of fantastic restaurants within walking distance and there are local shops and bakeries if you need anything else. The accommodation has a key fob entry to the main door and key entry to the apartment and is well lit so feels very safe. The bed is very comfortable and the electric shutters at night give a very good nights sleep. Good pressure in the shower which runs of solar but does have a back up if needed. The host was very responsive to any messages we sent and check in was very easy with the photos provided. We hired a car and parking can be a bit tricky but we did always get within a couple of streets from the apartment. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay we really could not fault it.

Perfect location, kind host, friendly area, very close the beach (3 min), public transportation, supermarket and cofee shop at the corner, tram from Mousson is 35 min to the Syntagma square.

We highly recommend Fotis's apartment which is in a great place and gave us the feeling of home including Fotis a pleasant and friendly man and helped with everything that was needed The apartment is well equipped and in the kitchen there is a surprise drawer that contains everything you can think of that can help with staying at the place we were with a rental car and found free parking every evening close to the house with some patience to sum up a worthwhile and worthwhile transaction

I highly recommend it! I stayed one night because it was just a long stopover in Athens, but it would come back for sure! The host was attentive and helped a lot. The place is easy to find, I arrived by subway and the walk to the accommodation was short despite it being difficult anyway with the suitcases... It's closer if you get by tram. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a nearby market with no complaints from the neighborhood. The apartment has a very cool lighting and a comfortable environment to stay a night or even more!

We really enjoyed our stay at Panos' apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot, with easy access to main sites like the Acropolis. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a large terrace that’s perfect for relaxing after a day out. Panos was a responsive and helpful host. It was a comfortable place to stay, and we’d definitely consider coming back.

We stayed 5 nights and could not have chosen better in Athens. Matos met us outside near the flat and gave us all the necessary advice on arrival. More tips about Athens and online links to everything followed too. Flat has 1 large bedroom with hanging space in wardrobe, kitchenette with basics for heating food or making an omelette etc (huge variety basic ingredients, honey, sugar, teas and insta coffees), very decent office space in the hallway, old yet very clean bathroom (shower over bath). “Living room” has a full European double bed, dining area, and TV, plus doors to cute little balcony. We did a load of laundry and gave 10/10 to their washing machine too. We felt at home. The area overall is not the cleanest or best lit up area of Athens but we felt safe enough to come home late at night with kids. Usually we walked to reach the sights although sometimes it was handy to buy the 90 mins hop-on-hop-off £1 ticket from a mini market (bus/metro/tram). What can we say? Good choice.
