Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kypseli, Athens

This was our first trip to Athens and thanks to Panayiotis we are for sure coming back! The villa is beautiful and perfectly clean, Panayiotis was happy to help with whatever we needed and made several wonderful suggestions. If you are looking to not just see Athens but to also have accommodations in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood with any amenities you may need, this is the place for you. Particularly thoughtful was when (before we came) I asked Panayiotis if he had a kettle to make tea with, although he didn't he bought one-just because I asked-how thoughtful is that! That was how the entire stay went-everything was easy and we felt more like guests in his lovely villa! Thank you Panayiotis!!

We had a good 2-week stay in this cozy and modern house. The photos were accurate, and the interior was stylish and inviting. Evelina was very friendly and communicated promptly, making everything smooth. Highly recommend, and we’d gladly return! The parking spot was a big plus!

First, the place is stunning. As shown in the photos, it’s an older building and the decor matches that well. The ceilings are quite high (12’?) and the unit is surprisingly sturdy - floors are solid and don’t creak, doors and windows work perfectly, sound insulation is good. Great location in an interesting neighbourhood, close to transit and restaurants. Christos was very friendly and welcoming. Overall an excellent choice.

Absolutely stunning neo-classical villa in the heart of the Plaka. Truly spectacular location, walk to the Parthenon and pretty much everything! The host is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She even provides an orientation to the area upon check-in. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is really beautiful. The roof top terrace and courtyard with a little grotto are a fun place to enjoy some private space in the very busy Plaka. Don’t hesitate, book this villa if it is available. You won’t regret it!

Comfortable and clean apartment!

Amazing apartment! Just like in the photos and even better in person. It was impeccably tidy and clean as soon as I walked in it smelled clean. I have no words for the host as he helped me and guided me through any questions I had and served me until the last minute. I'll definitely revisit it! Everything was great!

This apartment was the best. The host partner was at the airport during our arrival to check-in. It was in a great location of Athens and the team accommodated us with everything we needed including a couple extra hours after check-out for luggage storage. Thank you so much!!

Amazing location!! In the heart of the Plaka, walking distance to all the main sights in Athens. We stayed 8 friends, had enough space a for everyone, and the Patio in the middle of the house is the big win of the mansion!! Breakfast, chill or just sitting around all together, this was a great choice! Thanks to Evelyn and her team, we had all we needed, and I will 100% recommend to stay in this beautiful place. I will stay there for sure in my next visit

The smooth communication with Vivian was great! Everything available in the apartment: shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, pepper & salt, olive oil, washing machine in the hallway. Rooftop terrace overlooking Acropolis is fantastic! Half an hour walk to the city center. Neighborhood not ideal for walking around alone in the evening. Limited noise nuisance in the morning.

I had a wonderful stay at this flat after my two-week adventure through Mykonos, Athens, and Santorini. Lida was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and informative, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was thorough, organized, and had a charismatic approach that made me feel welcome. The location, while slightly removed from central Athens, is in a prime spot. It’s very walkable, and I felt safe exploring the area. When I didn’t feel like walking, Ubers were affordable and convenient. But, honestly, I enjoyed walking everywhere and soaking up the local atmosphere. The seventh-floor penthouse was fantastic. The flat is spacious, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom that looks even better in person than in the photos. The foyer has tons of useful information for tourists, which I didn’t end up using, but I can see how helpful it would be for others. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing time decompressing after a whirlwind trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!💙💙💙

I stayed a month in Athens and had a lovely time, and it was no doubt made better by staying in this cozy apartment. The highlight is the balcony, I spent many mornings drinking coffee out there. It's also beautiful when the sun sets, with a nice view to Filopappou Hill. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen with all you need, and a small but functional bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is in walking distance to lots of things. like Filopappou, the Acropolis and Plaka. There's several bus stops nearby, but the metro is more reliable and is also close by (Sygrou-Fix 10 minutes away, Petralona 15 minutes). The neighbourhood has lots of restaurants, cafes and small interesting shops.

Aggeliki by far is the best host out of all the people I have rented from on Airbnb. She is very friendly, very helpful, always keen to help. Place was amazing and she is very responsive. She also like to recommend restaurants, places to visit, etc… I was also travelling to Naxos and she was already proactive with providing me with her favourite restaurants and beaches there. Her place is also very cosy, has a great atmosphere I believe that’s because it is their own house in which the rent every now and then. In short, great host that gives me even extra motivation to come to Athens!

Ioannis was a great host, the apartment was impeccable as well. We stayed with 3 people with our little daughter, we were very comfortable. We went to and from the center by tram, it took 30 minutes. Grocery store, restaurant everything is very close to the house. Thanks so much for everything

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Very nice apartment for a stay with friends and very well located. The accommodation is spacious, on several floors and has beautiful living rooms indoors and outdoors. The viewpoint on the upper terrace is great! The bustling neighborhoods of the city are all within walking distance. We had a great 3-day stay with 4 couples.

John was a wonderful host! He went above and beyond to help us. The house was a restful haven outside of Athens and was well-stocked with every necessity. I can’t recommend enough!

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

We travel a lot for business purposes. This was our second time in Ma Maison. The villa is beyond imagination. The heated pool is fantastic, there are two huge living rooms and it is sparkling clean. We have found our home in Athens. Thank you, Yannis&Rena. We will be back soon.

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.
