The place is situated at great location. Perfect for up to 4 people. The host did his best to meet our needs and he did it in the best possible way. If we visit Athens again, we would definetly want to use the same service.

Sungur”s flat is located very close to the central square of kypseli. It is quiet , clean and very well equipped. I had a wonderful stay during the Christmas holidays that I needed a cozy and warm place to rest during my visit to catch up with friends and family. I would certainly recommend it. Sungur is responsive and eager to help and answer any questions you might have.

Liana is really very friendly and responsive! Check-in and check-out are very easy. You just can't be too tall for the shower, 😂 but it's fine for a short trip! I would recommend this place 100%

Great stay, comfortable place recently renewed. Access to public transportation within few blocs to bus, and a 10 minutes walk to train/metro. I felt secured in the neighborhood. And Mr. Diamantis was great, very responsive and proactive. I certainly recommend

Please do not use hot water too long or else electricity may black out. A bit far from train station (15 mins walk) if you wish to go from Airbnb, to a train station that goes to the Athen port then transfer to the islands Other than that Things are pretty good and not much to criticize about

We loved our stay here - the apartment is spotless, comfortable, stylish, and has everything you need. Kypseli is a fantastic area - better food in our experience than central Athens, good coffee and nice bars and squares. It felt safe, was close enough to a metro (although we largely walked or got a bus / bike). Communication by the host was spot on - they allowed us to have a last minute late checkout (paid for but so easy to organise), followed up to ensure we had arrived safely, and there were lots of nice touches like the complementary washing pods and coffee pods. Hard to find any fault with our experience, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thanks!!

A very great place and excellent value for money. Yiannis the host was very friendly and let us check in a little earlier so we didn't have to wait long. The apartment was very spacious and superbly equipped. We were able to cook very well and watch everything we wanted on TV, on which all kinds of streaming services were available. The evening could be ended very well on the balcony. Unfortunately, there was only air conditioning in one room, but this was sufficient to cool the apartment sufficiently during the day. We were very pleased with the apartment and our host Yiannis. If we had questions, we received a prompt and helpful response. An experience I would do again!

An Exceptional Stay at Leonidas’s Place After nearly 20 hours of travel, I arrived completely exhausted and had a moment of confusion with the door lock (which, in hindsight, is actually quite simple once Leonidas showed me! 😅). He arrived within 15 minutes to help, and his kindness made all the difference. Throughout my stay, he shared excellent recommendations that truly enhanced my time in the city. His studio is adorable, exactly as pictured, and perfectly suited for solo travelers. While two people could fit comfortably, it might be a bit snug if traveling with a checked bag rather than a carry-on. The location is fantastic—close to everything you need, in a safe and welcoming neighborhood. I felt completely secure and at ease in both the area and the accommodations. Highly recommend staying here, and I hope to return soon! Thank you for everything, Leonidas!

This Airbnb is perfect for a family of 4 there is a crib for the baby if needed as well. The host was very responsive and friendly and flexible with our check in time. He and his wife do a great job working as a team to make everything possibly the best for you. The location has difficulty with finding parking but otherwise it is great for walking and if you rent a scooter. There is coffee and other things that the host has to offer for you and it brings a very “staying at your parents place” feel to it. Overall a pleasant experience and they are very flexible and will work with you for all issues.

Had an amazing stay! The location is perfect. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Our host was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, modern and very clean

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

We were very pleased with our accommodations and very happy we chose it. Will recommend to whoever is planning a trip to Athens. The view is breathtaking and the hosts were on top of every aspect needed to make our stay perfect. Their response time was legitimately within 1 minute each time I messaged them for advice or recommendations. Highly recommend this apartment!

Location, location, location. 1/2 block from the main square. It’s very busy but you can walk to everything. View from balcony of the Acropolis is from the side but it’s still great. We walked in different directions every day. Many, many restaurants, taverns everywhere. Check out the rooftop restaurant right on the corner. You enter the elevators right near the subway. Worth the stop. If you’re up to it, walk a number of blocks away from the main tourist areas or grab the subway (right next door)to find restaurants with better bang for the buck. We took the subway out when we left, super easy to do even with luggage and straight to the airport. The host was very helpful and very responsive.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a few days away, friendly host, great view from the balcony, close enough (30 mins) to walk into the city centre, located in a quiet neighbourhood, would recommend!
